I'm one of the lucky ones. After 3 months of sketchy overseas emails, I finally received my cowboy hat. Nice quality, however it was packed in a shoebox. Brim all mashed and mangled. Gonna try and have it professionally refurbished. Anyway, moral to the story is... read TrustPilot first!

hat arrived but was a cheap knock off sent back and have not recevieved refund. Scam in big time.keep sending email but goes to blocked email.

Hats are nothing like the advertised images which are plainly stolen from a legitimate site, utter garbage, and come in a plastic post envelope which tells you a lot about their intent. When you seek a refund they expect you to pay postage to return a fraudulently advertised product to a deceitful seller. Absolute rip off. This is the worst of the worst sellers that you often hear about , don't even consider buying from these criminals.

Total Scam, never received the item I order they sent some ruler that I never ordered but it did not have they're name on the package. I sent the Ruler back and when I researched the item I was waiting for the tracking number stated it was delivered the same day I received the ruler. Delivery man put in my mail box. The item I order was a hat it would never fit in the mail box. They are from Hong Kong, go figure.

I didn't pay attention to the reviews. What a mistake. The hat did come in a week. However it was about 1/3 the size as in the pic. The hat didn't even look like the hat in the pic that I bought. The quality was pathetic. The felt was cracked and had flaws everywhere. I opened the box and pulled the hat out. I could feel immediately the material was very substandard. The hat lost its shape in about 5 min. after an hour the curved up sides were almost flat. The advertising is a massive misrepresentation of the actual product. Mu belief was that it was a fraudulent transaction. in hind site I wouldn't have paid a dollar for it. This hat will go in the trash.

Bad quality hat and service. Dont order from them. I ordered 3 hats, after a few weeks asking for tracking, they said they were still being "knit". (These were showing in stock upon order). After a few weeks more I reach out, only 1 of 3 available. This is a scam company with bad quality.

If I could give this site no stars I would, I purchased a Clint east wood hat for my father's birthday. The hat came back and looked nothing like that on the website. Was very cheaply made and the colors did not match at all. The website has no way of actually returning the product only by email. They will only recommend you to their policy before blocking you from further emails. I have now lost almost 50 bucks because of this scam so please don't waste your time you won't be getting your money back.

Do not waist your money. Ordered a small and it's huge. It's completely out of shape, poorly made with very cheap material. I'm not even sure what the material is but it's very light and certainly does not hold any kind of shape. It resembles the hats you get in the cheap Halloween costumes.
If you try to return the hat, they give you a Mr Dongs phone number and physical address in China, no email address, so I guess you have to send Mr Dong a letter requesting a refund. It's pretty obvious they're making it impossible to get a refund. The hat is in the trash. Lesson learnt. Don't buy from China.

hats are nothing like those featured on their website and are more like kids fancy dress toy hats! The cardboard box the hats arrived in, was better quality than the hats!!!

This company is a complete fraud. You will not get what you ordered and they falsely advertise their products. They need to be shut down immediately. Apparently Eedrich does business with Amazon. The return address was 80 Grumman Rd. W, Bethpage, NY. Which is located at an Amazon warehouse. Contact Amazon and put these a holes out of business.

Wow. should have read the reviews . They post none of these they are all negative, The hat looks like crap. Wish I could post a pic. Been emailing back and forth they are really rude. They say there's nothing wrong with the hat. Well here in Texas we don't wear crap like that its bent and crushed. The last communication I had they actually said the hat is fine I will not refund you a penny of a return. They should not be able to be in business wish more people should see the reviews. I have learned my lesson on doing more research before I by. Maybe pay pal will will get me my money. In the mean time ill tell them to stick the hat and 53.98 up their Chinese Ass

Junk. Ordered a size 6 7/8. Got something like an 8. Wanted to refund me $20. When l said no.....no more communication.

Repeated emails seem to be blocked haven't gotten a reply to cancelling my order from 3/11/24. Their generic email says 20% to cancel. After reading reviews and seeing it could take up to 6 weeks for delivery I opted to cancel. Looks like my emails are blocked now. Got the hats today 3/25/24 and have filed a claim with pay pal as this outfit does.nothing but send automated emails. Very poor quality and NOTHING like the advertised product.. Hope for a full refund. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY. Well filed.a.complaint with pay pal and finally get a response from eedrich..Basically get.the impression they don't really care as they KNOW how inferior their merchandise is..I will review.them EVERY opportunity I get. Put in claim with PayPal to resolve it. Got I'm happya refund this week but no info on how the process went. BUT got my money back

Floppy felt, hatband not as advertised, no headliner, just feel ripped off. Took 10 days to arrive in a box to small. Well ya get what ya pay for. Shoddy company.

Won’t forget the crappy way they do business. I intend to spread the word as far as I can. I have over 300 business clients and they have. Client of their own and friends. Eedrich sold me a Tom Horn hat. Was nothing like the add. Apparently have done the same with a lot more people. It’s is cheap made and looks like a kid’s Halloween costume. After several attempts to return it they finally sent me an email that they were only in the business of selling hats. After that it wasn’t their responsibility. If I wanted to send it back I could pay shipping and send it back to China and see what comes of that. I have found a lot of people who have bought from this reputable company with the same problem and the poor customer service. They are on Facebook twitter Amazon and several other places. Very disappointed with this and I’m not alone. Google has review that claim they are a scam. I agree. I hope to see them go under where they belong. Consumers work too hard to be cheated by a scam company.

Purchased a Tom Horn hat from Eedrich. Was nothing like the add poorly made and cheap quality. Looks like something you would get in a kid Halloween costume then throw it away except the crown is big enough for a volleyball. Brim is shapeless. Floppy nothing like the picture. Contact Eedrich and ask to return. They guarantee refund. But they gave me a run around. First want pictures of the hat next wanted pictures of the box. Next time picture of the label. NeXT logistics whatever that’s supposed to be. Then order information. On and on it went. Told them I wanted to return it they had all the information they could possibly need They sent me an email that if I sent them any mor email that it would be turned in as spam and harassment. Also told me they were in the business is selling hats. Anything else wasn’t their problem. If I wasn’t happy I could pay the shipping and send it back to China. So they sell crappy products and definitely don’t stand behind them. But I’m sure they will keep shaming the consumer. That’s the way it goes and nothing done. Not until they stand before God In judgment.

I would give zero stars if I could.
Hat was not as described, it was cheap and nasty and nothing like the photos and that's because eedrich used another company's photos.
When I emailed eedrich to sort this out, they accused me of being fraudulent and even suggested I didn't buy from them despite the order confirmation, PayPal receipt ect.
I have opened a dispute with PayPal.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Don’t waste your money on a Eedrich hat. The actual hat does not look like anything in the pictures. Not even close. I ordered both a Ringo hat and a distressed Tom Horn hat. What a joke. Took 6 weeks to receive and they were both stuffed into a box that was not big enough for the hats. Taking the hats out of the box they had no shape to them. Just big blobs of felt.
The distressing was a joke. Looked like some one spray painted brown paint here and there to simulate use. Someone mentioned they look like an old Walter Brennan hat. If only they looked that good. That’s an insult to Walter Brennan’s hat.
Burn me once . . . Well you know the rest. Do yourself a favor. Stay clear!

If you like the Tom Horn hat spend the extra money and buy a quality hat from another maker. The hat I received was more like something Walter Brennan was wearing in the Real McCoys, the hat was just stuffed into a carboard box with the brim which is about an inch narrower then the one shown on the website all crumpled and mishappen but at least the color was close to what I wanted. Don't be fooled by the pictures, the product I received was not what was pictured. But then what can you expect for $53.98
