Great products and even better service

I have 3 of the dehumidifiers of this company. I am very happy with them all. However, I am writing this review to thank them for the service. Recently a dehumidifier that I bought malfunctioned and I wrote to the company, it was 2 years old and I did not expect much in terms of help. They confirmed it had malfunctioned and agreed to send me a new one, thats it, no questions asked, now that is excellent customer care and I am happy to say so

Bought the Eeese Anna 10l for the…

Bought the Eeese Anna 10l for the bathroom. We already had the best unit possible, but with 2 girls taking long showers, always a wet mirror and all the walls dripping with water. This device is awesome and dries completely the whole bathroom. No wet mirror, no wet walls, just perfect!! And the delivery was fast.

Really happy with it!

Kudo to Hugo

Bought the „Hugo“ model (from the AirSain webshop) because of mold on my walls caused by too high humidity and cold spots on our basement walls. Hugo does the job very well, humidity is at an all-time low, no complaints after three months overall and running daily for 1 month. Fast shipment, too. I recommend the product and would buy again, thanks Eeese & AirSain.

Customer service

I had a little issue with watertank in one of the airhumidifiers I purchased. But thanks to the fast response and solution from their customer service specially from Nam Nguyen, it was solved within a few days. Received new tank, and now it works like a charm

Bad choice Eeese dehumidifier Emma 12L/day

Bought a dehumidifier Emma 12L/day. It is supposed to be low noise level but it is impossible to have this working during night, which is when I need it to work.

Also, the air that comes from it is very cold and it requires increased heat consumption.

And what I do not understand from its function is that even when I have set it on "65%" and the room humidity is 55%, it is still working... why working and doing what, releasing humidity? It should start only when the humidity is above the manually set level.

I do not recommend it, really!

Noise Level Concerns: We recognize that noise sensitivity varies from person to person. Your insights are important to us and will be taken into consideration as we strive to improve the balance between efficiency and comfort in our products.

Regarding Cold Air Discharge: It's a normal part of the dehumidification process, but we are constantly exploring ways to enhance the efficiency of our products to mitigate any secondary effects, like increased heating needs.

Humidity Sensor Functionality: The issue you've described with the humidity settings is concerning and not typical of our product's performance.

But I understand that you are in communication with our Customer Service and that you have found a solution.
