Bought the Hyaluronic Acid jelly mask. I was emailed by Kanners-ashines. Many things worry me: to moisturise and WHITEN....this was not advertised. It lists the following ingredients: corn starch... See more

TOTAL SCAM.
TOTAL SCAM.. spent £49.99 on a product that 100% does not cover scars or any other type of blemish!! After emailing to ask for a replacement or refund they will not give me either!! You get an automated reply each time you email. 😡 Furious & so disappointed.
DO NOT BUY IT’S a SCAM
Not even worth one star - useless.
Firstly i am giving one star because I can’t give zero. What a waste of money! Advertised on instagram and shown as a coloured cream, that adapts to your skin tone and conceals everything. It’s white, doesn’t change colour, looks ridiculous on your skin and covers nothing. And the smell? Dear God!
Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish, firstly it does not change colour and secondly I developed the most awful rash on my neck, can’t think what else would have cause it apart from this awful make up. Companies such as Amazon and Facebook need to step up to the mark and take these scam companies down!

The eye cream didn't tighten or cover any dark marks. I was sent the Eelhoe brand and wanted the Lumina. I feel I was scammed. And I followed the instructions exactly accordingly! I either want the correct one or my money back please, thank you...I just tried contacting someone about the eye cream. It seems impossible to get hold of anyone. This is NOT A FAKE REVIEW, TAKE ME SERIOUSLY!!!!! CONTACT ME PLEASE. I WANT THE CORRECT CREAM THAT WORKS OR MY MONEY BACK.....

I ordered a product from another…
I ordered a product from another company and went straight to the website and was sent a product packaged the same but had this eelhoe name on it and I opened it and used it and it made my face and neck look so much worse. I think this company is totally a scam. It needs to be turned into the federal trade commission.
I ordered my EELHOE clour changing…
I ordered my EELHOE clour changing foundation from Amazon. It promised great coverage and it would colour to my skin tone. I tried the product today and the foundation comes as a white cream as advertised. It should change to a colour to match my skin but it did do nothing of the sort. No colour change what so ever! EELHOE shows videos where the white cream becomes a colour foundation which is totally not true, nor does it cover blemishes. Very disappointed and feel that people are being scammed with false advertising!!
Fraudulent Scammers
If I could give a review with a negative rating, I would. This company is a complete scam. I ordered a few products, but I was getting a weird "scam" vibe, so I started researching Eelhoe. I should’ve researched the company, first. After reading the horror stories, I tried to cancel my order. This was within 1 hour of ordering it. My order couldn't be found. (Order #1901) So I called them. The automated system said their voicemail was full, try again later!!! What?!!! But, determined, I called back the following day. Someone answered the phone sounding like they had just woken up and could barely speak English. I told them the order number that I had been given, but they said that wasn't the order number. I told them the email from them said it was the order number. I explained that I wanted to cancel this order.
They then told me I couldn't cancel and it would still be shipped. I was trying over and over trying to explain, but they barely spoke English. They hung up on me.
Weeks later, I received the " products" which according to other customers do not contain the ingredients listed, but toxic chemicals from China. I emailed them over and over requesting to return the items and get my refund. They completely ignored me. I know they received my email, because when I spoke to the person, they said they saw my initial email requesting to cancel my order. I know I won't get my money back, but I want to warn people, so they don't get scammed like I did. I am reporting these thieves to the Better Business Bureau, These criminals need to be shut down. I'm throwing out their toxic products as well. I am completely disgusted.
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless, it doesn’t do anything, if I could give it a minus, I would
This is false advertising for the…
This is false advertising for the colour change foundation. It does not change colour and makes my skin oily.
I have emailed asking for a refund. Has anyone else asked for a refund and got it?
Doesn’t work
I’m not sure if I have the authentic product, but is called eelhoe and claims to be colour adjusting foundation and spf15. When I use it there is no colour, it is clear.
Exaggerated and false claims is how I would review this product.

Do not buy this product as it doesn’t do or say what it’s supposed to do!! Absolute waste of money!!

It was not what I ordered I was under the impression it was boots!

I don’t seem to know what everybody else’s problem was, but this stuff works great on my skin, tried it on one side of my face and left the other side untouched and it covered just about everything
