Overall I am very happy about the job done.
Time wise, the cleaners could have split the time window better as I felt they rush a little bit on the cleaning downstairs while upstairs was spot on!

Good service and efficient timing.

I paid for my second time once off cleaning and the cleaner didn't leave the house as you promise, cleaned. She didn't properly dust the furniture, meaning dust was visible on all furniture. She didn't vacuum properly. Once she moped the floor there was the wet dust accumulated here and there. Bathroom she didn't clean faucet. When she left I had to fix the cleaning. I sent an email sharing my feedback to the customer service agent who I fired me in the morning that the cleaner was gonna be late and no reply. Even after my second email. The first time I used your service I was satisfied but not the second time. This is stopping me to rebook with you. I would have liked an acknowledgment, something from you

Staff turned up on time and did a good job!

Was let down at the exact time she was due to call.and 6 days later still waiting on a refund.

The cleaning was perfect for what we wanted done. However, the rate was expensive, being double what we previously paid for the same service.

I had Effective Cleaning Services come in to clean my new home before moving in. The cleaners arrived on time and did a fantastic job. I knew as soon as I walked in the door that the cleaning had been carried out to a high standard. Attention to detail and care taken during the cleaning was evident.

Communication from the office was somewhat casual which made me slightly nervous about what to expect but they did a fantastic job - would 100% book again!

The evening before the booking I received a text asking me to collect the cleaner from the bus stop which I didn’t think was appropriate. As the cleaner would need to walk 30 minutes to my house which is in the town, the booking was cancelled which was disappointing. Don’t state you will service a town and then won’t. Also suggest verifying locations sooner than 24 hours before the booking to flag an issue sooner. I’d have been happy to pay for a taxi as an example

company came out to me awhile back to do a deep clean. They did not do a deep clean and left alot alot of bits on their to do list. The floors were left dirty, light switches dirty, mirrors streaks, cobwebs left everywhere etc. I contacted them my concerns within 12 hours of them coming (I was not home when they left) we came to an agreement that I would receive a partial refund. I have never received this refund. Contacted the supervisor Kim a couple of times since with no reply. It's been over a month. Very unprofessional & would not recommend this company.

I also had a review up for 3 stars before I spoke with kim who asked me to remove the review untill the matter was solved but it's left unsolved.

Edit: after speaking to the manager,manager was unaware of the situation as supervisor gave me false information. Manager rectified the situation and issued the refund the supervisor had promised that was against their terms and conditions

Hi i would have given a lower rating if possible, because I opted for this because of some good reviews and now iam not even sure if those reviews are genuine. I paid 350 for a deep cleaning for the new house and after two sets of cleaning by part time cleaners with so called equipments like a couple of brushes and one hoover, still we are sick with the dust inside. I specifically asked about cleaning the ceiling because of the dust and even though it was agreed before paying once the cleaners were here, they bad no clues about cleaning the ceiling at all. Don't fall prey for the false promises.

I needed a last minute clean after my usual cleaner had to cancel and Effective Cleaning Services had good availability. Paola in particular was excellent. She has a good eye for detail and the house felt really clean after she was here. I have requested to book her again for regular cleaning after my good experience with her. The manager is extremely responsive and fixes any issues that may arise promptly.

The beautiful Floreda came back to me over the weekend again she went above and beyond for me in cleaning my house no judgement again and gave it a great clean and my dog loves her looking forward to having her back again soon 😊
