I had to decline several additional…

I had to decline several additional discounted offers for further self-improvement. Many of these were appealing, but my initial choice of the cheapest option should indicate my inability to pay more. Please provide an opportunity to skip all additional offers. Maybe add the chance to revisit them later.

Scam- do not sign up

Scam- do not sign up, they will steal from you! I have had over 200£ taken from my account overnight and despite what they say about this being clear in some fine print I have checked all correspondence including theirs they sent today which clearly shows that is not written down.

This company and it's many branches are a scam. They will take money from you without informing you, continue to take it after you cancel your subcription through other names, and will refuse to refund you despite their blatant lack of informed consent to you, the customer.

Do not fall for it. Walking Yoga, Effecto, Brainway, whatever else they come up with, will take money from your accounts without any warning. Disgraceful conduct.

SCAM - Cancelled but still charged

I downloaded this app in January, done the free trial, then wanted to cancel. I couldn’t cancel on the app so had to email someone, they confirmed all my subscriptions had been cancelled and I wouldn’t be charged anything. 6 months later and they have just taken £170 from my account! They are refusing to give me a refund because apparently they snuck in a second subscription in the small print which I didn’t cancel (even though I emailed them to cancel!) THIS IS A SCAM! P.s I never write reviews but I’m so angry with their audacity!!!
