Came out free of charge and inspected the loft which needed some attention. had spray foam and it has made a big difference to our bills
We declined a visit from a "Specialist" and the lady at the other end of the 'phone called me "A horrible person". How rude and unprofessional and where did they get our 'phone number from?
Received a cold call a few days ago saying that I have shown interest in their spray foam insulation. Well, I haven’t, and I don’t know how they got my number. Anyways they offered me a free quote even if I didn’t want a new insulation. I told them I am not interested, and I don’t need it as I just got my loft checked couple of months ago and everything is fine in there. But they still insisted and used the typical pushy and psychological sales tactics which really upsets me. After I kept telling them I was not interested at all they hung up on me without saying anything.
Very bad experience in getting loft insulation done by this company, our loft looks disgusting and nothing like the pictures they put online, I’ve contacted them several times regarding this and other major issues I wanted to discuss but they haven’t responded once. I believe the total mess to have been caused by faulty machines they have used to spray my loft. I have given this company time to respond and clearly customer service(after they get your hard earned cash) is not their strong point. Pick another company that actually care about customer service if you want a job that looks something like reasonable cos this company don’t care afterwards either way.
