I have subscribed to a service of Effortless Swimming, occasionally watch videos and listen to podcasts. It has helped my swimming. Breton is very good at what he does, and explains things in simple terms. If you are serious about swimming, I would try his servivces.

Attended a clinic with Brenton , it was excellent. Used resources and bought a snorkel.

I have purchased two courses and they have been brilliant on getting me focussed on technique. That combined with the videos on line explaining everything has been so helpful in improving my swimming.

Very knowledgeable and practical to translate into actionable suggestions. Many options on how to learn (duration, cost, etc). Videos and practical examples are very useful.

The plans work if one really commits to it. I find it a good investment, not only by improving my swim times, but also by arriving at T1 fresher.

I did the free style clinic back in Jan and it was awesome. It’s really helped my technique. I’ll be looking to book another coaching session in June.

I’ve bought several pairs of goggles and whilst they are great from a visibility and non leak perspective, I have found that they break quite easily. One pair I had, the rubber seal came off the plastic part of the goggle. A second pair I have, the plastic clip/tightener for the rubber strap snapped.

I love that Brenton provides free content in the videos and podcast that anyone can pick up a few tips. This helps build a strong international community of swimmers of all age ability and swimming goals.

I purchased the five day lesson package and the eight week lesson package. They were all very easy to follow and I was able to actually shave off some time from my hundred yard swim.

In the YouTube videos, and in the courses provided in Effortless Swimming, the way that Brenton gives instructions and the words he uses, makes it very easy to understand and translate into the water. I learned how to swim as an adult, and with Effortless Swimming, I have gone from a 2:30 pace to almost 2:00, and am still improving!
I also ordered and absolutely love the NanoClear goggles, and have had fellow swimmers ask me about them, too! They look as good as they work!!

I love the videos for the drills explaining clearly how to complete them properly.
