Terrible It’s a scam I cancels the free trial but they gave me 2 accts so the other acct was charged $49 that I didn’t even know I had! Be very careful I would not use them ever. Why in the world would anyone create 2 accts within an hour of each other to have same thing from the one? You also say only 1 free trial per customer so why would you even let me create another acct? All you had to do was the right thing and refund the money that was obviously a mistake, but after reading other reviews I think it happens a lot and you benefit from it every time. If you would have kindly refunded my money I would have never wrote the review in the first place

We respectfully request the removal of this review, as it contains inaccuracies. The user was billed appropriately and was not eligible for a full refund on the most recent account created.
This user created multiple accounts in our system under separate email addresses, to which she obtained her document at no charge on the initial account during the 7-Day Free Trial for new members. Per our Terms of Use, we limit 'Free Trials' to one per user. Our database reflects two different emails and both are linked to the same IP address and user/billing profile. Based on the use of various emails to utilize multiple 7-Day Free Trials, it is against our company policy to issue any refunds on the secondary account.
The refund request was initially denied by our support team and the activity on both accounts was relayed to the user in detail. Once escalated to management, the account activity from both accounts was relayed again, and supporting documentation was provided.
As the secondary account was not eligible for a refund, the user still has access until the end of the billing cycle. The subscription will not renew and the account will not be billed again.

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I was using my phone and thought I was signing up for something that cost $12.99, but I was actually charged $144. The pricing was not clear or transparent, especially on mobile, and it felt very misleading.
I take responsibility for not catching the fine print, but the way the pricing is presented makes it far too easy to misunderstand what you’re agreeing to. That shouldn’t happen—especially for something this expensive.
When companies design their checkout this way, it feels deceptive rather than user-friendly. I would strongly recommend they make pricing much clearer upfront and ensure mobile users can easily see the full cost before being charged.
I would not have proceeded if the total had been obvious.

Do not use, especially if in California
I would not recommend using E-Forms for California legal documents.
I specifically requested a California-compliant notice, which by law must be titled “THREE (3) DAY NOTICE TO PERFORM COVENANT OR QUIT.” Instead, the form provided was incorrectly titled “Notice to Quit or Vacate,” and the system did not allow me to correct it.
Because I wanted to ensure everything was legally compliant, I even used their “online attorney” feature and asked for confirmation that the form was correct. Despite that, the document is still not legally usable under California law. I later confirmed this with a separate attorney and had to recreate the notice using a different service.
Now they are refusing to issue a refund, claiming the fee is nonrefundable simply because I used their attorney review feature — even though the form itself was incorrect and unusable from the start.
This is extremely misleading. I paid for a legally compliant document and did not receive one.
If you are in California and need legally accurate forms, I would strongly suggest using a different service.
