Your forms were exactually what I needed. Thank you

Response to my request to cancel my service was easy compared to other companies who have made it difficult to discontinue service. Navigation to request and edit my documents was also quite simple, not so most of the with other websites.

I am happy that you had discontinued my participation. I do not believe I used it because I don't need it.

As I mentioned in a statement earlier the representative I spoke with explained eForms policy and was extremely helpful in solving my problem with a hacker. My situation was solved. Thank you!!!

Very helpful forms and good customer service.

Eforms will not allow you to unsubscribe and their site says" a problem on our end". This tells me they are NOT about customer service, but rather in illegally SPAMING. I do not rec them at all.

Sebastian was prompt to respond, thoroughly investigated my concern (completely putting my anxiety at ease) and was very professional.

I believe eForms provided what I needed and I only needed one form. I believe the Google search does not do a good enough job in explaining that this will be a subscription if you don't cancel soon enough. Lastly, if you are going to offer "free forms" they should be free without having to take all the extra time involved to cancel.

Product is expensive. However they provided quick customer support. That is worth quite abit these days.

Has almost every legal paperwork you need and written well to the law of the land

They take you through the process and then block the document unless you provide a credit card number. Very deceptive.
Note after eForms' response - there is NO WAY IN HADES I was going to save the completed document or provide any information on payment sources. I stand by my review.
