I have 3 hoodies from this website before closure. They were perfect and arrived in good time considering she makes each one by hand. She’s currently experiencing mental health issues herself and physical health problems too. I know this because I placed an order for several hoodies on the 16th of January 2024, she sent out an email in march I believe apologising and explaining her health problems. She then asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted to continue with the order. She has now closed the website to catch up with orders. When she gets through this dark cloud, her posting is efficient and her products are very well made and genuine. They are the best hoodies I’ve ever owned for material, shape, quality and sizing. I’m scoring this a 5 because of what her running business is like. But I am aware of the major delays right now. I’m holding out faith that she can pick herself up and get back to doing what she’s great at. Trying to be kind to this woman while she’s been through a very dark time, she’s not a scammer.. just struggling I believe x

I saw this company’s posts on TikTok claiming to sell clothing with cute mental health awareness quotes. After being impressed by some advertising, I decided to purchase a t-shirt. I bought my tshirt on 30th March 2024. It’s currently 23rd April 2024 and according to the “shop app”, my order hasn’t even been shipped or dispatched yet. The seller has now made her shop unavailable!!

I have emailed Efti Store’s customer service email address twice, messaged the seller numerous times on tiktok, Facebook and instagram. Only after threatening to make a public video about not receiving my order, did the owner respond and she only said “send me your order number and I’ll process a refund”. That was 3 days ago. I sent my number back to her 3 days ago and heard nothing since.

Absolutely shocking “customer service” or lack thereof. Do not waste your time. Efti Store is a SCAM and people need to be aware! If they had the decency to respond and offer a swift refund, I wouldn’t be writing this. But considering the owner of the company is posting on social media like nothing has happened, and is visibly deleting comments?! All very ironic coming from a business that claims to “support mental health awareness”.

Steer clear if you know what’s good for you.

This seller claims to be a supporter of positive mental health, but has ended up causing me a lot of stress and worry over the last month and a half.
I placed an order on their website around 7 weeks ago and patiently waited for around 3 weeks until I started to worry that I hadn’t received any delivery updates.
I tried emailing the company but had no response so then tried contacting them through their social media accounts to later discover that any comments I had made had been removed!
I was contacted by a few people who had seen my comments when they had briefly been up, who were also experiencing the same issues of no goods or communication.
The website has now been taken down which I presume is because the company has gone bust or worst scenario they are just scammers.
Thankfully I will be refunded as I went through Clearpay, but hopefully this review will save others from stress and losing their money!
