Ef did a great job overall 1 hotel had insects in the rooms 1 of the tour have been canceled and teachers had to argue to have the same cost activity...its disapointing For the rest great job
More research on accommodations. 1st hotel was dirty, had bugs, and food gave someone food poisoning. None of the hotels had good food but the food eaten during the excursions were amazing. Our tour guide was awesome and the over all experience was out of this world!

I loved my first EF Tour experience as a parent. Our tour director, Cathal, was fantastic. Everything was so well organized and safety conscious. I look forward to doing another tour in the future!

Experienced an incredible amount of both historic and culturally significant locations. Hotels were safe and clean. Tour guide went above and beyond to make it a personalized experience for the group

Tour Director was excellent. 2/5 hotels were poor, with correspondingly poor meals that in one case did not support our travelers with dietary needs. The other hotels were excellent with great food. The poor hotels were also in poor locations, and one forced two students into single rooms, not okay. Major attractions in Florence are closed Mondays, information I needed so that I would not have planned a free day in Florence. They could not get Vatican tickets, and the replacement church was a poor substitute. The kids enjoyed the trip, but EF needs to do better with hotels and planning information to justify the price the students pay.
