I ordered a salix tristis from Egarden…

I ordered a salix tristis from Egarden that arrived broken in half. I contacted them asking for a replacement or refund and sent photos. They responded with the address where I have to send the plant back and they will refund when they receive it. I responded that it should not be the customers responsibility to arrange return for a damaged order but they sent me the address again and that it. Very rude customer service. The plant itself was in a big pot with hardly any roots and the whole three was maybe 80cm long. Rubbish plant and service. I left a bad review under the plant on their page which was deleted the next day. Do not trust them. Beyond disappointed!!!

I ordered 3 plants

I ordered 3 plants, one arrived with broken branches and in very bad condition. I contacted the website and nothing happened.
I dont recomand as the plants are not that great and customer service is very bad.

Big mistake - never again

Ordered 3 Acer Palmatum in 4 l pots. Received the plants but the quality is so, so low; sent a complain, to all the emails available, on the day of delivery and the second and third day. No answer yet

Not to be trusted

They sent me the cheaper varieties of the plants I ordered. And for the bamboo for example they were mostly just bamboo sticks stuck in the dirt, no roots on them.

Very bad customer service, stay away

Very bad customer service: I made an order and chose "payment at delivery" since the online payment method was not working (error on their website). I then received an invoice a week later, without more information (the trees should have been delivered already). When I started to be impatient since my order was still not coming, I wrote to them and only received as a reponse: "did you pay?"... I have sent them many emails, text messages and called 30 times: they never answered. Stay away from this shop, disastreous customer service. Honestly, it looks like a scam.
