Me also waitting to process 2k$ cashout. I verified my account and now they are trying again to verify my account, just to delay even more. I'm losing hope for this site. Is it possible to sue online site? Stay away!!!!

Made 2000 dollar cashout. And now they suddenly have some delay on accepting cashouts. They didnt have any delays earlier when my cashouts were max 200 dollars.. Very nice

One should assume that EGB is a reputable organization after being in the industry for a decade.
Initially I did have such impressions since I was able to cash out a modest (3 digit) sum 2 years ago without much of a hassle.
However, I was very wrong.
And egb.com should be exposed for their scamy behavior.
Since for the past 3 + weeks I was trying to cash out a somewhat larger (4 digit) sum.

First I am asking general questions in the public chat like : "Is any one else having trouble cashing out?" Which then results in a 180 days ban from the chat by the moderator, the reason: " attempt to damage the public image of the website"...

After that I'm trying to seek help from the online chat support, in which case I'm just told to contact them via email, and that's that. ( the support agent leaves the chat room without even waiting for my response).

And finally I try the email support... which is by far the worst... feeding me with lies.
I'm explaining the situation by telling that I've been patiently waiting for my withdrawal to be processed for more then a week, the reply "you request has been forwarded to the finance department".
Another week goes by without any money from egb nor any reply from the finance department or support.
I'm asking the support yet again as to what is going on, to which the reply is " ... the cashout system that you chose (blue gate) are processed with high delay, the money should arrive in 1-5 days from now"...
After waiting another week without any money I've decided not to contact the support anymore and just try a different cashout option.
This time I went for their "yellow gate" (not sure what is their obsession with all these colored gates), in this case I waited 5 days just to receive the automated message saying: "Cashout has been denied. The reason is: Service is unavailable".

I'm done with these people! They are working against their long lasting customers.
EGB's personnel have majored in "Fraudulent Activity" from what I can tell.

Avoid this website at all cost if you value your time and money!

No, I'm not sending any more information to rbmod @ egb.com. As I've said before: I'm done wasting my time and sanity on EGB. Besides, I've already gambled away the funds that I intended to cashout for oh so long, since no one will pay anyways.

I have made deposits through Bitcoin and Skrill. More than 3 months since I'm trying to withdraw 742 usd through this methods but they have deleted my requests quoting "not available at the moment". This are the 2 most important methods... They asked to provide a Payapal account which I did but then they said it is not possible to pay me on this method either. You judge by yourself about this tricks... And now they are not even responding anymore. I placed reviews everywhere to warn people that they are broke. Please stay away from this scammers

This betting site is great when you have no plans on getting your money back. The customer support "Oscar" did a great job on not being helpful at all.

The site is decent to good, but withdrawing is nearly impossible. They do not let you withdraw using your deposit method. Then they charge fees and take months to give back your money.

Edit: got all my money back and they reimbursed the fees!

Many problems with deposits, even after you succeed they sometimes cancel your bets because the transaction is taking longer to settle on their end, but you are the one who has to pay for their shi-tty system. Withdrawals take way too long, usually around 10-14 days even though it clearly states that it takes around 2 working days on most methods. Also worst odds compared to any other website, just dodge this Russian shady website. They will remove any negative messages you leave in their chat. If you are unlucky enough and message their support via online chat and get guy named "David" pray to god he doesnt just instantly forward you to "other departments" because he doesnt know anything about the website at all hes working at. Overall, any other esports betting website is much much better than this one. Stay away from this trash. Not to mention that you wont be able to withdraw bigger sums of money at all because they will keep coming up with excuses to lock your account.

Seriously, I’ve tried different betting sites, but your website is the easiest and most comfortable to use. The sorting is very clear, the betting table is excellent. I really like it. Ask anyone, and all will say the same thing.

Well, I've been visiting EGB since february or so. I signed up during cs:go Katowice. No problems so far. I made both deposits and withdrawals. At first I used skrill, but then I switched to p2p paypal so it's more convenient. Sometimes it takes time, but for me it's not a problem.

I decided to bet on the game, made a deposit of $ 1,500, the bet won, they did not give me a withdrawal, they said I should put bets on x3 of the deposit. I started betting seriously, I bet for a whole month. I raised the money to $ 5,000 per month. They immediately blocked the withdrawal of funds. Verification began, after vinification via Skype and a lot of stupid questions. They just came up with the rules of their office to block my account. You will not be able to cash out.
Deposit via credit card accepted easily. Trying to cash out takes forever, only to tell you that you can't. No other explanation besides "This method of withdrawal is not available to you", despite being the same method used for deposit.

Scam. Don't sign up. Seriously. What a scam.

Stay away from this website! They won't let you to cashout anything. All they do is saying something like "We are informing that your request has been sent to Finance department.", "Sorry for delay", etc. Don't expect them to pay you. 100% scam, don't deposit your money to them.

I read the comments about EGB ang i shocked. so many angry reviews and disgruntled people. then i visit pages of some other bookies and there it is the same. so why you people so angry? I never try to trick any websites, I never break terms and rules, may payouts most often paid in time, and I think EGB is good.

I like egb cause at any time I can go there and meet guys in sync. I’m not sure if there are any websites for betting with chat, but this is a really great idea. Local highrollers link their bets in chat and everyone can discuss it. Sometimes I make my bank with their suggestion, sometimes we just cheer together or talk about everything. Maybe this is not the point that makes egb the best website for bets, but for me it is so.

This is the only place where I can deposit money through Paypal. I haven't seen this way with any other bookmaker. Definitely a plus here. And in general I like EGB. It's friendlier in comparison with other bookies.
