My son signed up for an international trip in February, despite many emails asking for flight, insurance, any details, it all went unanswered. Due to medical history and not being able to find out concrete information to book flights for us as a family, we had to pull our son from the trip on h&s and safeguarding reasons. Took months of chasing to get a partial refund, they claimed we couldn’t have full refund due to the organisers (in Lisbon) retaining this. After another parent spoke to Lisbon organisers, this was proved untrue and to date they still owe me £150, refusing to answer emails and blocking me from social media. More recently, signed my son up to a northern festival, which was cancelled, chased refund for that as per instructions in their email re cancellation to be told it would automatically come from the payment website. A week later, still no refund and ignoring emails. AVOID!
Also, really interesting to note that the first review in here, 5*, is from the person who runs the e-commerce email!

Ordered and paid for goods on the 9th April and received confirmation of order received.
It’s now 18th May, and we have not received the goods or any replies to my several emails.

The 4 and 5 star reviews on this company are from an employee.

As far as training and festivals, I’m grateful that they exist, but for shopping, I would stay clear.

Shocking organisation. Only seem to care about the money, and not the actual talent of up and coming players. Our child was accepted in the academy, but then broke their foot playing 15’s ask if we could train to see how the injury was before buying kit, and was told No. they also have no credit card payment facilities to book these trips away, only BACS payment's, which are then not covered by any insurance if things go wrong. We asked for proof of their insurance, but no reply. Be very careful.

Awful awful company full of lies. I ordered a kicking Tee already overpriced compared the original companies selling price but as it was on the things desperately wanted I thought I would go for it despite the price. That was on 16th November!!, we still don’t have the product or my money back. As with the previous review my experience has been the same constant calls, messages and emails left with no reply, conversations that sound very dodgy reassuring me that someone will call back and that my refund can’t be refunded due to having no access to accounts or systems to process the refund. I have just been told they tried to process the refund but it bounced back. I asked why nobody had called to advise me of this. More excuses, blah,blah blah. I shall apparently get my refund next week!?!???.
Do not ever use this company.

I'm not 100% sure but I think when you order online from this company they try to rob you. I got quite suspicious when I hadn't received any communication about an item I purchased. I know it's the Christmas period but I ordered it on the 16th. Phoned the shop and got a weird feeling about someone on the other end. I phoned on a Friday and she said she'll get someone to call me on the Monday as she didn't have access to the account. I found that a bit odd. No-one phoned me back. Now, reading other reviews about ordering online, it sounds a bit dodgy to me. Don't order from them. I will be contacting my bank if I don't hear from them again this week and get my money back.

Don't bother, Ordered the kit bundle on 11th July, paid for next day delivery, recieved part of the order on the 18th July (not next day, is it?)
Chased for the remainder of the order on the 26th July, was told it would be 3-4 weeks. Chased AGAIN on the 3rd September, was told it would be with me within a week, On the 17th September still not arrived. Asked for a refund, email ignored. Stay away from this company. Requested a charge back from bank

We were new to Egg Chasers. I placed an order for £120 and paid on the 3rd of June 2024. My order had STILL not arrived. When I wanted to cancel the order to get my money back they told me my child would be withdrawn from the academy! Not great but more disappointing than anything. We are no longer part of it.

Made an online order that was never fulfilled without ever hearing back since the order confirmation email, even after chasing weeks later.
