Email nor text message sent even after contacting customer support who only told me to retry and use an email address. Submitted on a Friday, didn't send and waited the suggested time. Still nothing. Contacted customer support who told me to try again with an email address instead of text. Still not sent. Had to print out it out and give to my friend. Would not recommend.

Neat idea, needs better instructions on how to share a purchased card
I had never heard of e-gifter and when I bought the card to give to someone, it was not clear on how I share the card to the person or what happens after I purchased the choice card. If there were instructions on what to do, it was not immediately noticeable. I would probably use e gifter again though. It was a good way to send a gift card and the recipient can choose where they want a card for.
