Way too cumbersome
The process is so clunky with all the verifications and security features. Other gift card sites are way more streamlined. It took over 10 minutes just to send a single gift card. Needs some serious work.

Super easy and quick to use. We needed to donate to a baby shower gift and donating was quick enough I did this while in production at work. Literally, even creating the account and completing the donation took at max 2 minutes.
