Unfortunately it is not possible to rate this company lower than 1 star. I have ordered a GoPro with some accessories on April 13th 2019. We are now in September (almost 5 months further!) and I still haven't received my order, neither got my money back.
I have spend more than €400 and the only answer I get from the customer service are the automatic generated replies from a Gerda Lanacken. The tracking of DPD hasn't changed since I the order has been 'sent': "Order information has been transmitted to DPD". Even DPD hasn't received my order, so according to eGlobal Central the only thing they can do is putting a claim at DPD. Ridiculous the leave me as a customer empty handed as they have a problem with their chosen transport company.
Probably they will reply to this review with the standard generated answer as you have seen with the other reviews.
If they are able to solve this problem shortly I will adjust this review, otherwise I can only advise: be pennywise and DO NOT ORDER HERE!

After 1 year my Phone is broken and i can't let it repair for free or payed because there is only 1 year of garanty and the Phone comes from Asia. I didn't know that. But if i would have known i would't be buying it at e-global Central.
They are not willing to help me what ever they say below this text.

I ordered the 2nd of August and still waiting for it.

Their contact page is completely useless and there is no way to get assistance.

I have order an Nintendo Switch from them and was waiting more then one month. While that I was writing to support. They were saying that I need to wait and they can not do anything. After about 1,5 month in tracking system it is appiered that Nintendo will arrive next day. So I was waiting at home. Nobody came, but in tracking system it appiered that the sending received. But I have not received anything while being at home all the time. My neighbours don`t have it as well, no notification letter in the post box or anything like that.
So I have wrote to them and DHL. DHL told me that I need to go through the sender. I have send to eGlobal Central all nescessary documents, but they are not answering anymore on my mails.
I would never recommend this web site to anyone!!!

Had ordered a Canon 50mm f/1.8 lens. It was delivered as expected. Took about 8 working days. Would like to order again!

If you pay than Eglobal is fantastic in price. Is something wrong it turns out these people are criminals. Once I ordered a UE Megaboom Eglobal The Netherlands it was ok. But when I tried to repair it troubles started.

I sent it to the UK to fix my product (costs Euro 13 with track and trace). I had to pay another Euro 25,00 because my product was working perfectly (why would I sent my product if it is working?).

I was angry about this policy but I decided to pay and get my product back. But you have to have PayPal to pay. I don't have PayPal and I don't like it because of bad recencies. When I orderded my product by bank there was nothing wrong, I could pay. And suddenly everything is a problem to get my UE Megaboom back.

So I told them to sent an invoice. But they did not want that. So I told them to sent my product to Goblobal Holland first. But you can not call this company! So I filled in an survey telling what the problem is. No answer at all. This is a very strange company folks. Stay away from this company. Bad news. I told them I was going to write about this but they don't care. If you have complaints drop them everywhere you can to warn people please.

I Ordered an ipad, it never arrived. They say it is lost and i got only 20€ reimbursed????? the rest of the money is gone.

I never ordered anything from this website, even though the fact that I was almost fooled (about 100 dollars cheaper in everything) into shopping with them. but, but since i'm an "anti fraud" specialist, i'd rather not recommend this as a serious website for business, if anything this website seems to be a scam to me.
But if you still want to gamble, good luck!

I bought a new lens for camera and after few days it stopped working. I tested the lens in a camera professional shop and they confirmed it's defective. I contacted the E-global customer service and they wanted me to repay the cost backt for the return, the cost of the repair, and then again the cost for the shipping back.

DON"T BUY in this website.

Ordered a 200€ phone. Normally, delivery would be 6-8 days. After a month, they informed me the package got lost and they are willing to reimburse 22€ compensation. Total rip off. Stay away.

Shipping is so slow. The slowest in the world. Even slower than Aliexpress.

I have placed an order of 170 euro worth product. I haven't heard anything. Only one response was received after many inquiries, and they say it's still in the custom and they can't do anything. They seems they dont care, and got bothered by their customer!
