So, I ordered again, but this time I picked priority shipping, my stuff arrived within a week. If you don't want to wait a month or longer, pick priority shipping.

My delivery time is so long I asked eGlobal Central for clarification. After 3 days I still haven't got a reaction
My package was send 4 days after I ordered it although the website said they had the object. And now it's 15 days in transit and it doesn't move anymore. That is 19 days and still nothing. I advice never ever to buy at this company. The lower price isn't worth the bad service. I still hope to receive my item eventually and if not I payed with my credit card trough paypall so I'm sure to get my money back if it never arrives and I advice you to do the same if you still want to buy here.

Horloge bestelt die binnen de 6 werdagen geleverd ging worden. Uiteindelijk merk je dat de horloge vanuit china moet komen en goede 3 weken onderweg is. Na 1 dag wordt je op een autogenerated track-trace gezet (elke dag krijg je een nieuwe, niets zeggende status update).
De goederen zijn wel in goede staat geleverd (DPD heeft ze wel 2x op een verkeerd adres gelevered, maar dat is niet de fout van eGlobal Central)

I ordered google pixel 4a phone from this website after one month still got nothing.. worst experience ever.. DONT RECOMEND THOSE GUYS!!!!

No money back, because the package was opened. In the Netherlands we are allowed to return items within 14 days regardless of the reason. This company ignores the law. They are a fraud.

Ordered more than 3 weeks ago. No valid track and trace. Very slow response on email or not at all.

Will never buy something from this shop again.

Unfortunately i did not reed the reviews before i placed an order. Indeed after 15 days i am still waiting for the product i ordered. Several e-mails for information have been sent but deadly silent on the other side. Appetizing at first sight because of low prices but you never know IF and when you will get it.

Ordered a surface laptop 3 at a very appealing 20% less than the price listed by Microsoft. It took more than 5 weeks to arrive, of which two weeks for transport. tracking nonexistent. replies by customer service were standardized message saying I have to wait. Right when I was starting legal action, the notebook arrived (with a Chinese/Australian plug). All in all, good to have paid less, but not worth the anxiety of thinking to have lost the money for 4 weeks... and if there's a problem with the goods, you can probably forget assistance.

Although in the end I did get my telephone, the experience was not very good. When an item is "in stock" it should be sent out within a few days. But "in stock" on the website, does not mean that the item is in stock, apparently (only if it says shipped within 24 hours I think it is really in stock). So before it was shipped it took about two weeks. Then delivery should be a week, but after a lot of obviously fake trace messages, shipping took almost two weeks. So an item I expected in something like a week took a almost a month! Customer service takes several days to respond, if they respond at all. The phone itself is fine however, altough the asian adapter with the included converter is seriously big.
I the past I have ordered here with more satifaction (although one other time it also took almost three because the item was held up by customs, which I had to pay myself, but got re-imbursed in the end, even though the website says that they arrange the customs clearing process for you...)

I was very worried after reading reviews here when my package was (much) later than expected. However, it did come and both items work very well. I shipped without insurance but did pay with PayPal. package was well packed and came after approximately 4 weeks. Did save me about 150 euro over the retail price so well worth the wait.

After reading reviews here, I decided to take a chance and place an order with eGlobal Central. I ordered Tamron SP 15-30 G2 EF lens for €868, while regular price in NL is €1050. It took 15 days for the lens to arrive and comms were pretty much non-existent, but the lens is here and I saved almost €200, which is not a bad deal if you ask me.
Still, would recommend ordering with PayPal / credit card to have insurance coverage if something goes wrong.

Just not worth it, pay 30 euros more for phones somewhere else and you'll save yourself a lot of hassle. The shipping times are horrendous and I'm pretty sure it's a scam.

I decided to order a Camera and 2 lenses from this Seller on the 17th of September after their website clearly said that it's available in stock. They then informed me that this isn't the case. I requested to cancel the order then an agent decided to reverse the cancellation request without my approval. It's now the 13th of October and I don't even have a valid tracking number. This by far has been one of my worst experiences EVER! They customer support is completely useless and don't have an inch of empathy towards customer frustration. If I get to do it again, I would gladly pay the extra money for a more trusted seller. DO NOT USE THEM

They just took my money and did nothing.

1 - Made an order 4 weeks ago.
2 - Received tracking link, which updates daily with fake random generated garbage.
3 - Contacted them twice, only to receive templated responses in the wrong language. No refund so far.
4 - ... still waiting

I see 2 options: they are 100% fraud, or they sell products they don't have and then try to backfill the orders, which is like 90% fraud.

Don't buy from them, don't gamble. Just pay 10% more somewhere else and keep your hope in humanity intact.

I've Never received my camera lens. I've paid over €100 they kept the money and never send the product. It's been well over 3(!) Months!!!
Nobody from costumer service ever spoke to me or replied to my questions in my email. They only send automatic responses that don't reply to your claims at all. They purposely hide contact details and make it hard for us to reach them.
WHERE IS MY PRODUCT YOU A-HOLES??!!
they never offered a refund or another product.
THEY ARE NOTHING SHORT OF CRIMINALS.
Do not buy anything from them and please report then to the authorities.

We ordered a robot vacuum cleaner and received it within one or two days. Overall, I am very happy with the product and the delivery. However, I would have preferred if the website had allowed payments with credit card (without paypal as intermediator).

I´ve ordered a phone on the day 7th of September, choosing the website for their low prices but especially the 6-10 days of delivery times. After 22 days, no answers from the support anymore, neither changes in the tracking status updates.

It’s not strictly speaking a scam site - and that the most positive I can be

The item, if it arrives only arrives after several weeks
The tracking is a joke and communication with support is pratically non-existing
If you finally don’t get the item or there is something wrong with it, you’re screwed

With some luck you “win” 10% or 20% on price but with a late delivery

with some bad luck, you’ve just lost time and all your money

I'm satisfied with their service. I've bought lens for my sony camera on the 27th of august. It arrived on the 16th of september. Yes it's 3 weeks but I've paid a lot less then any local seller's price. I was afraid a bit seeing the flood of negative comments. But come on.. if you need the goods immediately.. then buy it at bol.nl for full price. The only min point is their tracking system.. it is really not informative. For about 2 weeks the only information was that the package has left the company.
