Unfulfilled order/scam
I placed an order for a prepaid card with the order number #149569. Upon receiving a license key meant to unveil the card on prepaiddigitalsolutions, I encountered an error message stating, 'We're sorry. The payment you've tried to access has expired. Please close this browser tab.'
I attempted to communicate with Egycards.com via WhatsApp, and it took them three days to respond. After some investigation, they determined that addressing this issue was not worth their effort and advised me to reach out directly to prepaiddigitalsolutions.com.
In my experience, Egycards has proven to be untrustworthy and offers subpar customer service. I would caution against spending your money on their website.

Order rejected but no refund.
i have opened one account and paid with debit card to deposit $20 after all the fees they debited $25 equivalent money converting another currency (SAR) ok thats not an issue. After couple of days they asked me to provide proof of identification and credit card statement. ok i have provided them. but without any prior notice or update my order was cancelled and the money was never returned to my debit card. so basically they rejected the order but they dont want to refund, pure scam. no reply from support email neither from Whatsapp communication. order no is 145915.
