Fantastic service! My Eheim Classic filter pump head died on me after many years of faithful service. Paid extra for next day delivery, was with me by 12.30pm. Great service. Happy fish!

From start to finish, all has been great. Placed an order on Thursday. Everything has arrived Today, well packaged and everything as ordered. Customer service was great, I haven't tried the products yet as this is a large build but its Eheim so I am certain it will go without a hitch.! Anyways thank you guys for a speedy service! Keep up the good work.

Poor service and slow delivery, avoid.

Placed order for in stock filter parts on a one day delivery. Items never arrived, contacted via email and no response. Contacted over the phone and it was quite clear the items had never been dispatched. Items eventually arrived 4 weeks after placing the order. However the order was incomplete with an item missing. Very poor service, I would advise to shop elsewhere.

Fast delivery. No problems at all.

The order was placed on the 1st of August 2020.

I was then informed, 2 days later on the 3rd of August 2020 that my order was being processed.

I then reached out 11 days later, on the 14th of August, inquiring about progress of the order. Was informed on the same day about an international delivery charge.

Reached out the next day, saying I wasn't aware of any international delivery charge and had just paid what was required upfront. Sent a screenshot of the receipt.

Received radio silence, hence I reached out again on the 20th of August regarding the order.

I only received a reply, by email, a WEEK later.

Bought a number of items from this company.

Very positive - good value, good delivery times and good quality products.

all i can say is shocking, ordered a filter from them and it took three weeks to arrive and when it did a part of it was broken. they did not reply to my emails or phone calls. avoid this company at all costs absolute c**p customer service

Needed a new external filter due to the old one slowly dying. EAP was very competitively priced and delivered my new filter in a superbly protected packing to ensure safe arrival. They even use Royal Mail 48hr delivery so didn't have to contend with some other less favourable couriers (not mentioning names).
Will absolutely be shopping here again.

I don't know why but I was abit put off as site didn't look right on mobile and never heard of them myself.How wrong was i. Excellent canister filter and very fast delivery and good price can't fault them A*

Very helpful website to order spares and media for Eheim filters.
Very competitive pricing too.
Delivery was fast and items well wrapped & protected.
Did not have any dealings with after sales support, so can't comment on that.
