World changing home catering service
eho chef is an innovative service which changes the style of home party. My image of home catering used to be a service for wealthy people, but eho chef has changed the world. Their website is very user friendly and easy to communicate with chefs. Chefs prepared perfect meal and not only that, they cleaned our kitchen as well; we had absolutely stress free home party!
Only down side I could think of is that there are too many great choices and difficult to choose which chef we would ask for the night! Well, I assume we need to use this service more frequently to try so many different types of chefs/foods... Looking forward to try another chef soon!

I cook for ehochef,the service is ok …
I cook for ehochef,the service is ok but for me the fee of 18% sounds quite unfair.
A chef needs to buy the food in advance,the deposit is kept by the website and you do not know how much is that.You also must pay your transport and you get paid 5-7 days after you gave the service.
I would advice to find other way to self-funding or charge the eating customers if the did not doing yet eventually(I do not know if they charge customers).

At ehochef, we pride ourselves on giving flexibility and that means a chef can set the per head menu price to include the time spent planning and preparing, travelling to/from and the time cooking/serving at the event. We have researched other companies and believe our commission rate is competitive. The customer’s deposit is also 18% and we do not pass this on to the chef immediately in case the booking gets cancelled. It is clear in our FAQ that chefs are paid after the event as we only charge the customer the balance of their payment after their event, however, we are reviewing that policy.

Eho Chef - booking a personal chef
Eho Chef enabled me to locate chef Robert Tarczy who cooked a fabulous gourmet dinner on the occasion of my wife Dawn's birthday - in our own kitchen! Dawn was dressed to go out for dinner, then Robert turned up and I told Dawn I'd changed my mind and we would stay at home for dinner instead. The look of complete surprise on Dawn's face was priceless, and when she said after the meal that she'd had the best birthday ever...well, it doesn't get any better than that. So I recommend you try Eho Chef and find a brilliant personal chef for your own event - for a surprisingly reasonable fee. The website guides you through, making your journey as painless as possible, and if you want to clarify anything as I did, then I found Linda at Eho Chef to be very friendly and helpful.

I believe is a unique experience both for costumers and chefs. Also managed well and really simple to use it ( as a chef side) one of the big benefit you can talk to the costumers and arrange nearly everything. Never used it as costumer but my feedbacks was easy to use as well.
Keep up the good work and hope more and more people will know about experience on both side.

At ehochef we pride ourselves on giving choice to the clients and also to the chefs.
* Clients are able to request more than one chef and then make their choice based on the chefs availability, responsiveness and communications - the two ‘cancellations’ you claim were where you had responded to a client to tell them you were available, however, the client chose not to go ahead with the booking.
* Chefs can decide when and where they want to work and how much they want to charge.
