Ordered a parcel through there TikTok came 20th of December wasn’t sealed so I wouldn’t use the gummy’s as I wouldn’t eat or drink anything if wasn’t sealed when bought arranged to send me another weeks go by nothing then they tell me out of stock then when they re stocked last week they told me they would send a replacement this week they can’t send it or give me a refund company has bipolar or the customer service team does so now two months later I still have nothing worst customer service I have ever received don’t order from these idiots stay away!!!
Dissapponting dates, no actual accountability
My wife ordered me some supplements for christmas in the black Friday deal, I have illnesses which make it so I cannot get to the gym daily or even weekly at times, which is the only time I would really need to use them aside from 2 products occasionally.
However when checking the use by the other day we noticed my protein powder and several other supplements she bought(not being told at the time) they had such short dates, earliest being january 23rd.
My wife recieved a response basically saying it has time enough to use it. This I feel isn't accurate in my case, as I've mentioned I cannot get to the gym due to personal health problems, meaning most of this will have to be thrown as it is, aside 1 or 2 products. She was given an offer for a $20 coupon for her next purchase(we will not be making obviously) when my wife spent over 60 to get me the bundle in the first place.
Previously Ive ordered from myprotein and grenade several times with dates been 6 months or more before use by and this is including sales, which is what threw me.
On a whole I am frustrated at the lack of care, compassion or customer service we have recieved and to be offered 20 dollars for over 60 worth of product we have to waste the majority of, is a bit of a kick in the teeth.

I purchased an expsive bundle order during black friday sales, still cost me a large amount. This was a christmas gift so i had not looked at the items other than to wrap them up. Sadly it has since been brought to my attention that all bar one item was short dated, like end of janurary short dated. I contacted ehp about this as i was extreamly disapointed that the items were shorr dated and nothing stated as such online when ordering and ehp has been useless. They won't send replacements because as far as they are concerned the use by dates are acceptable.
I'd said that these were ourchased as christmas gifts and as such werent looked at until this week where routines are back in place and even if items were used daily would still not be used.
I do not recommended ordering if you don't instend on using straight away and using the maximum daily usesge every day as otherwise you will likely find that dates expire before you get to finish them.
Dreadful customer service support, clearly all they care about is making a profit.
Refunds a Refund
I've been trying to get a refund since 13th December after being sent the wrong item in a bundle.
I bought the shred and hydration bundle which is the oxyshred and sport hydration and I was sent the oxyshred and greens.
I have been refused a refund due to the items not be eligible, how can it not be eligible when they sent the wrong product.
Delivery and waiting period is long
Terrible experience I order in November and by now I haven’t received my order it’s been more than a month. I had to ask my bank for a refund which I’m still waiting for. Their customer service is terrible. They told me order have a grace period of 90 days. I’m sure after a month I won’t be needing them already because that’s too late according to me.

it’s been over 4 weeks since I place my order and received nothing. I have contacted them 9 times to ask where my order is and everytime they have scaled to the ‘right department’ have not heard a thing. One of the worse companies I have come across. Also the track and trace doesnt even works.it such a scam! On Instagram they delete my comments.
Disgusting company and service
Appalling company use Ritual or another company! Stuck up w****** spent loads of money and my order arrived after a million years and then after a few weeks my products had crystalised. Was told soz its past the return date?? And thats it! Even after the photo of it! Still has year expiry!

I love their products, but I used to order their products from other retailers because I was put off by the bad reviews here. However, I was recently chatting to someone about their products and they said that they’d never had any issues ordering directly from the website, and neither did anyone else they knew! So, I thought I’d give ordering directly a try. I’m glad I gave them a chance, my order came in good time and I was pleased by the choice of the free mystery supplement that came with my order, it felt like it had been chosen with the potential customer in mind, based on my other ordered items. They also have a lot of great bundle deals, so I ended up spending less than what I would usually spend on their products. Overall, a great shopping experience! I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

I am so glad I ordered before I saw these reviews as they have been so helpful! My order unfortunately was damaged during postage I believe which resulted in the product being open. I emailed them a few hours ago and got a same day response saying they will replace the damaged product! So happy as I have wanted to try this for ages. 10/10. Thanks guys!

They are not able to send an order worth 92 euros that has already been paid for. I placed the order on September 3rd. They “lost” my package so many times and never informed me. Only after I contacted them several times, they informed me. The store is bad. I'll never order anything again. and I received my money after almost 2 months.

I am now on day 12 still being emailed back thanking me for my patience which is sheer cheek at this point! Something that's supposed to be same day dispatch of it isn't in stock as said it should not be available to order on the site and it shouldn't take all this time to either offer me another flavour or cancel and refund its just stealing now!!!
