DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I WAS SCAMMED! I waited 3 months for them to send me 4 dresses, over $100 of product. When nothing came I disputed it with my credit card company. They promptly sent a package THE NEXT DAY EXPRESS SHIPPING (where was this fast treatment for the last 3 months huh?) and it had 1 dress in it....1 of the 4 I ordered. This was enough to satisfy my bank it seems bc the case was resolved in their favor bc they sent SOMETHING, and now I'm out $75 and can't do anything about it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Never....ever attempt to purchase anything from this website. They are a complete and utter scam that is looking to take your money by advertising for product they do not have. The only hope i had to receive a refund was through my paypal by which i used for the payment. Paypal being the legitimate business they are were able to refund me. No help was provided by eiava. Actually they were trying to get me to send them more money through a “coupon” scam that REQUIRES you to spend more money than you originally did on the item you NEVER received. I hope everyone sees my review before purchasing anything from their scam site because i did not and had to go through a lot of nonsense because of it.

Eiava is getting one star because there is no option for zero stars. Terrible service. I had to contact them on multiple social media platforms because their email wouldn’t work, they then blamed me and my email account even though I contacted them through four different email accounts and it didn’t work every time. After weeks and multiple emails they then offered me a 7$ refund for a $40 dress. Not worth your money or time.

In May I ordered a dress. In July this dress was delivered. I was not at home and the mailman did not leave a note, so I did not know where the package was. I send an e-mail to Eiava. They answered that I had to pick up the dress myself. I asked where, but they did not answer. Using the tracking code, I learned that the package had been send back to Eiava because I did not pick it up. I tried mailing them again, but the adress was no longer used. So, I used facebook messenger. I explained the situation and got two options: a voucher for a next purchase or paying for transport again. So, no refund or free transport possible.

Buying from this website I was scared I was never going to get my product, I figured out the website just takes pictures from this website that sells real vintage dresses ( mashajlynn look the website up and their insta its awesome and beautiful and has the real dresses) which just shows they are profiting off real quality dresses but making their cheaply. But I actually just got my dress yesterday and tried it on, I assumed cause it was $30 it would at least good material, but no, it was made of cheap fabric and not fitting at all, the pattern was cut off by the stitching. It was so loose around my breasts and tight on my hip area. There was strings hanging out in different places such as the top of the back zipper. Suffice to say, it was bad quality, it was still pretty, but bad quality. Definitely not worth $30 lol. I also tried to review the dress on their website, and it won't post, tried 3 times and it won't come up.... nice....

He taken money out of my credit card without me even me purchasing any goods. It is a possible fraudulent website or linked to other fraudulent website.

I ordered from Eiava thinking it was a cute store, but all of their contact options are fake. When you try to contact them it'll always say that the code was invalid and their email doesn't exist. I haven't received my dress, when tracking is in the "being prepared" state for a month+ now. I don't think i'll ever be receiving the dress I ordered, and that's a bummer and a waste of money.

I never receive my dress and they don’t want to reimburse me. Don’t ever buy from them unless you want to lose your money

I placed an order four months ago. After two months I contacted them through PayPal to make complaint. They emailed me back through PayPal, totally different name, and said they sent one item. Nope never got that item or the other two. PayPal hasn't helped resolve this issue either. I believe this is a fraudulent company as far as my experience.
