Significant slippage during busy trading hours. They close your positions for no reason and claim that you made a mistake or that they closed them due to hedging.
Customer service chat is difficult to access. You can wait up to 20 minutes before someone deigns to respond.
They delay payouts and request documents that they already have.
Do not request a withdrawal to a European bank account, because they will steal fees of over €20 from you.
No one needs this broker!
