Unfortunately we also ordered something and never saw the product or the money back.
I filed a Police report and I hope that more people would do the same.

SCAM ! BE AWARE ! Don’t order from Eikora, they don’t deliver . 600 euros paid in June, the order not received . Emails ignored , phone calls not answered. Should never treat the customers like that! Even there are problems with supply chain etc
How this company is still operating? This is happening in EU ?? Shameful …..

This website is a complete scam. Luckily I didn't place a big order! They keep my money since more than 6 months, without any response to my emails.
Don't buy from them!

I ordered a table on 28th February and until April there was no sign of the table nor the support whatsoever (they do not reply to any answers or requests) . After I have seeked the support of EU Customer protection, Eikora team finaly responded, asking me to wait for a bit, which I did. Nothing happened until June when I have cancelled my order the third time. This time Eikora accepted the cancellation and promised to return me the money. After 3 reminders now, I did not yet received my money back. The same table that I have ordered, they claim they cannot deliver due to the problem with the manufacturer, you can actually order on other websites currently. So, this seems like a fraud. Do not order on this website.

We ordered one article for the amount of 600€ on 15th January.
Delivery was supposed to be guaranteed within 3 weeks. We never received the article, on the other side they withdraw immediately the money.
I cannot believe they are still operating and the police does not do anything. This is a real frode.

I ordered a blanket at the end of December. It said that the item would be delivered within 5-10 days. By the middle of January, I still hadn’t received. I wrote to ask about the status, and they told me that due to corona, they wouldn’t send it until the end of January and that I had been told this when I ordered. I told them I had not been made aware of this beforehand. They then told me I needed to be more understanding of small businesses during corona-zeit. I told them that I understood the issues but that, had I known about the delay, I would have purchased elsewhere because I don’t have a good blanket for my bed and it’s winter. They asked me to wait 10 more days. I agreed to do so. It’s now been more than 2 weeks since that exchange and they won’t respond to my emails and told me I would have to wait at least 30 days for a refund so I may as well just wait for the blanket. Unbelievable! I am filing a claim with my bank.

UPDATE #1: Eikora told me on February 9 they would refund me for the purchase. It is now March 20, and I still haven't received anything.

UPDATE #2: Filed a police report; never heard back from EIKORA about my refund. It is now June 9.
