They got me, too! Ugh…ordered, paid, never received item!! Waiting for almost two months now!!

I placed an order for a Glyco Wave glucose watch on 4.23.24 paying $54.39 & never recvd it but was charged on my credit card this is a scam
I reported it to my credit card for a fraud alert

I placed an order but no updates were given, no tracking number or shipping details. Instead, every second day I'm being given offers to buy more. I've sent emails enquiring about my order, no response. I'm so disappointed.

I saw a tens machine for cervical spine, and as I have a lot of pain, I thought to try it. When I went to order it and saw how much it would cost in sterling, as was advertised in dollars, I thought too much for what it is, and didn't go through with it. Somehow the order went through, and when I emailed to cancel it, I was informed it had already been sent, from within the UK. When it arrived I thought might as well try it, it wasn't sealed and it didn't work. When I contacted the company via PayPal, I was told I could return it at my cost, to China!!! Complete scam and a fraudulent company. Please do not order from them.

Got a wrong item. When I e-mailed, I was told that that's the right item. They were very fast to state that the case is closed. Scammers

I ordered a product which was paid for upfront and to date I have not received it, there is no record of its whereabouts and there is no usable tracking info. Requests for a refund go unanswered.

Do not trust this company, false advertising of sales product and then tryin to cover up but saying it's the right product but is not the the right product and instructions are in Chinese no English or other languages on the box. This company is a scammer and will not sort out their wrong doings.

It is a fake site. Provide invalid tracking number, e-mail address not working. Don't buy!

I ordered and paid it but I did not receive its been 4 months now. I went to the post office but post office said there is no tracking number like they mentioned in the email. It's a kind of scam.Be careful to this advertisement they are trying to attract people to buy once they paid this kind of balm they will send email with tracking number but the tracking number is not existing. When I paid this ellisira balm I never seen their advertisement again. After u paid they will block you

I received the product but was not what I ordered. It was shipped from China, all packaging was in Chinese's. There were no instructions. The product was like glue and in the morning when I woke up it was crusty and hard to clean off. They have not even responded to my email request for a full refund. I posted a review on their website but it isn't showing. Wish I had researched the firm better

Ordered product February 15, 2023. Customer service was responsive providing tracking information initially. Once the tracking ceased updating on March 20th, they stopped answering my email inquiries. They have NOT provided a refund or replacement. I have reported the issue to Shop but am still awaiting resolution. Do NOT trust this vendor.
