While it’s hard to rate the effectiveness of a supplement I switched to this one after using Complement Plus from the USA after many years of using it simply because it’s local and recommend by Simon Hill (aka Plant Proof) So far So Good and I appreciate the auto payment/arrival and ability to pause it

Experience is excellent and product outstanding

There is nothing wrong with the product - the product is great. But my god, the website. I surely cannot be the only person that struggles with the website. Trying to make changes to a subscription or your account is a nightmare. It’s not user friendly at all and really difficult to do such simple things. You’d think it would be as straight forward as logging into your account and making the changes you want. It’s so frustrating and such a fail that every time I wonder if it would just be easier to cancel the whole thing and purchase vitamins elsewhere.

I paused my subscription but got charged anyway. I have emailed Eimele but haven't heard back yet.

I changed address and tried to change my delivery address and the process on line would not let me.

The delivery process is hit and miss on weather it gets left at my door or I have to get it from the post office.

I find todays delivery process has complicated things.

It would be easier to just pick it up from somewhere for me, then I could plan my day and not be panicked about this delivery driver dropping it off. I suppose that's how things are done these days.

I love your product and will continue to get it.
I will now cancel my order and start another order at my new address and see if it works. As my last delivery has been lost at my last address.

I found the Essential 8 supplement by Eimele through Simon Hill’s podcast The Proof and subsequent endorsement by Dr. Gemma Newman. I am 100% plant-based and wanted to make sure I am getting all my nutrients so I can focus on other health priorities like cholesterol, HRT, and weight loss. I started by trying a one-time purchase but have since switched to subscription, which is easy and reliable. I never run out and the communication regarding my subscription and tracking is beyond expectations. I highly recommend Eimele’s subscription service.

I would have given 4 stars but a couple of times it hasn’t been delivered to my door. Last time it was. Getting bloods done in February and I’ll be able to tell you then if it’s working for me.

I can't speak to the product, as I haven't received it yet (I expect it will be good based on my research and the other reviews), but similar to several other reviews, the customer service has been non-existent! I have reached out via email and instagram multiple times (they dont provide a phone number) regarding both a question and concern I have over my recent order and have heard nothing back almost 2 weeks later. This makes me concerned for resolving any future issues I might have shopping with them. I was really excited about this company and product, but I will likely be canceling my subscription if I don't ever hear back. Hope others have better luck with this.

Update:
I have heard back. They were quick to help me with my subscription request. Still waiting for my original order (seems to be stuck in customs), but I am encouraged that they do seem at least be responsive now, even if it does take on the longer side.

Never received product. I inquired and was told it was on the way. I believe there is a US facility but my order came from AU so deliver is taking a very long time.
