Emily, the customer service lady was brilliant with a fast reply and very helpful.
The company has offered to send a replacement part free of charge as a good will .
Im just waiting for the part to arrive.

I am surprised that this company has such a high rating. BEWARE. I have probably a dozen Einhell tools of various sorts - hedge trimmers, garden multi function machines, leaf blowers, drills etc. I was attracted by the interchangability of the batteries. Generally, they are satisfactory light domestic machines. But, don't be misled by their so called warranty. I usually register my new machines to get the benefit of an extended 3 year warranty. By return, you will receive an email with the warranty for that machine. However, recently, I had to make a claim on a battery charger and a brand new and unused battery. The battery charger had been working satisfactorily for over a year before it failed. The battery never worked. BUT no! My claim under the warranties received was rejected by Einhell Customer Service - because I had not purchased these two items from a recognised Einhell dealer. So, if you are thinking of buying secondhand, or from an auction (where there seem to be many apparently new Einhell products) - BEWARE! Even though Einhell will register a warranty, they will not honour it. I think this is poor. It is possible they have a quality control problem but at the very least, they ought to prevent recognised dealers from selling their products elsewhere and insist they are returned to Einhell.

Einhell's reply to my review proves my point! There is no suggestion that any of my products are not "authentic", that they have been in someway "mishandled" or that there is anything wrong with my proofs of purchase! These are pathetic excuses for avoiding the warranty. I note the Company remains silent on my point about preventing authorised dealers from disposing of surplus stock through channels not "authorised" rather than returning to Einhell. I think all this emphasises my warning. Think twice before choosing this company's products.

I Was truely amazed by not just the power of these tools but by the Quality ! Easy to handle nice grip & does jobs very easily to a high professional standard which others don't do ! Quick & simple ' easy to regcharge ' & i also bought a Einhell breaker for my driveway ' made light work of concrete & tarmac!! Its real Quality at affordable prices !👌👍

My garden shredder developed an intermittent fault and was returned for repair under warranty. However on its return the fault reappeared. Einhell took the machine back and then gave me a replacement.
Throughout my contact with the company, mainly Emily, they were prompt, courteous and efficient. I was kept informed when my machine would be collected and returned - and the timetable was accurate!
All in all a refreshing experience in this day and age.

My 18v pressure washer failed. On checking it was barely a year old. Einhell website clearly explained how to arrange warranty repair. Collection was arranged two days later and within a week a replacement was delivered. I have a large collection of Einhell 18v tools and never had an issue. I was very impressed with the simplicity and speed of response. Big thanks Einhell

Had problems claiming a free battery on promotion. Customer services were so helpful & solved the problem

Bought a reconditioned mini circular saw from Einhell on eBay. The saw arrived without the saw blades so I contacted customer service. Candice dealt with my query and the saw blades arrived two days later.

Love the vacuum and drills but I had an issue with my vacuum cleaner and it stop working, not turning on at all, it could have been anything that came inside, no idea, but I reached the customer service with the warranty still available and they ask me to send the item in a box, actually they booked a pick up at my door and about a week later I’m receiving a replacement of my item in my door again. Very communicative and fast which make their service pretty good.

I'm just writing to say thank you for your excellent range of cordless tools. I originally purchased your GE-CL-36 Li E leaf blower. I did some prior research online, and found yours to offer the best features at a competitive price. After purchasing it, I was very impressed by its performance. It is extremely easy to switch from blow to vacuum, and it is also very easy to take apart and clean when necessary. I was so impressed with your leaf blower that I decided to purchase Einhell tools exclusively when renewing, all sharing the same 18v batteries. I now have your shrub shears GE-CG- 18 Li, cordless drill TE-CD 18 Li-i BL, jigsaw TE-JS 18 and most recently your GP-LC 36/35 Li Cordless Chainsaw. This summer I cut down two trees in my garden and sawed all the branches and trunks into manageable-sized pieces. To have employed a tree surgeon would have cost me hundreds of pounds, so the chainsaw has more than paid for itself already. So I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent quality of your tools!

Brought a bench grinder, sander. they answered all my questions very quickly and even supplied an adaptor free of charge. Very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend einhell. UK. if you are looking for an einhell product. I will be a returning customer for sure. delivered in 2 days as described and in perfect condition.

I bought an Einhell hedge trimmer from Argos and foolishly lost the fixing knob, hex bolt and washer. I called to check the replacement part numbers I needed and Candice confirmed which they were, but pointed out they would be very expensive to ship from Germany. The cost would be 10-15% of the cost of the entire product.

Candice then went above and beyond by checking if there were any spares that she might be able to find. I'm delighted to say she was successful and called to confirm she was sending them to me.

This is fantastic customer service, leaving me feeling valued and satisfied with Einhell. Customer service like this is a rarity these days.

I was really impressed with the excellent customer service I received in replacing my buckled chain for my Einhell chainsaw. Candice was of great assistance and the matter was resolved very quickly. Well done!

I purchased a cordless garden leaf vac from Toolstation. However, after six months the zip on the collection bag became faulty, so I reported it to Einhell service dept. They responded immediately and within 24 hrs I received a replacement bag! Excellent service :)

Absolutely fantastic Customer Service. I purchased an Einhell Garden Blower/Vac from another Large well known Store and on assembly found I was missing 2 very small screws. The Store concerned was pretty useless in their response to my problem and so I contacted Einhell direct. Emily in their Customer Services team immediately responded and within a couple of days a pack of screws arrived. I am more than happy with Einhell !!

The customer service lady Emily was extremely helpful and did a fantastic job sorting out the issues I had with my strimmer. It really was an exceptional customer service.

The machine arrived quickly, but a fault occurred. We contacted Einhell UK, and our contact, Candice, responded quickly and was very helpful. Unable to resolve the issue, the machine was collected by DPD and a new machine arrived within a couple of days. It is working well.

Dealt with an amzing customer service lady called emily. My product was missing parts a hanful of screws and blades. She sorted it out in an instant... found mnuals part lists and ordered up tge right bits for me

I had a couple of missing parts, so emailed them. They replied immediately (on a Sunday) and I got the parts sent straight away. Very responsive, great service.
