Cant be bothered attitude
Two transactions appeared on my company credit card statement both from EJ Supplies. I contacted them asking what these were for and they emailed back saying they need an ebay invoice number. When I pointed out to them that I don't have that information, because one wasn't sent to me, they just said "we can't do anything without the invoice number". Are they really trying to tell me that if I give them an exact date of withdrawal and the exact amount, they can't look on their records?? Still no answer to this, they just ignore me now hoping I will go away. I can't believe their attitude in this, some companies have respect for their customers

Worst place ever for returns.
Althougth items were returned, as EJ Parts didn't issue a tacking number for the returns, they will not refund.
Have gone through Ebay and they have said there is nothing they can do, as no tracking number was given by the Seller for the returns.
If you buy anything from them and have to return. Please make sure that you get a Tracking Number, otherwise no refund will be given.
Even if they just say return them and give you the address to return to, insist on a tracking number. Do not return until you get one.
How do I know this? My partner, who unfortunately, has brain damage has return items this way, didn't realise that he needed a tracking number and they will now not refund him. They are asking for the tracking number, of which he is unable to give.
Personally my feeling are, if they can treat one customer like this, how many other customers have they treat like this and how many more will it happen to.
If you can find someone else to get your parts from. I would say, do so.

I ordered car parts on 7th June, and they asked for £3.99 extra to do the fast delivery. The parts were not delivered on 14th June, and they keep ignoring my messages and phone calls. Refund is not available tho

Bad reviews for this scam company are well deserved i bought a number plate when it arrived bent and warped beyond use I tried to contact them for a refund but they ignored me. It seems like a common issue from what I read of others experiences with them
