I've been happy living here for three years. I also feel fortunate to have rented this lovely apartment. I stayed at Borgervanget 5a, which has two bedrooms and a really nice balcony. Also, there is a great tree in front of the door and has two magpies as neighbors. I forgot it also has an awesome floor-to-ceiling window that will allow you to appreciate the seasons. I love this apartment and we had a very good experience here. They have a very friendly staff. The one we contacted most was Karen, she helped us a lot because we are from China and there is a lot of Danish cultures that we don't know very well, sometimes we had problems and Kanren was always very patient in helping us. There was also a man who changed the exhaust fan cartridge, sorry I don't know his name but he had a great smile! Anyway, no matter if it's a broken toilet or any other problem, you call them and they always have a smile and solve the problem in time. Lastly, I'd like to say something about the deposit, as long as you're serious about cleaning it properly, you'll keep a lot of your deposit. Deposits that are deducted are deducted for a reason. If you are planning to live in Copenhagen and are looking for an apartment, you can consider this company.

I used to live at Saxovej 75D, and my experience with them is nothing but nightmare, the customer support talk to you like you are trash, they breach contract multiple times and now they don’t even return my deposit

I had a very good experience with Ejendomsvisioner. Communication was easy, fast and clear. Karen is very nice and professional. If I ever need to rent a place again, I will definitely get back in touch. Highly recommended!

Never experienced a more unprofessional firm in my entire life. Our vicevert Jan is a pocket racist, at least 6 items in our house were defect on moving in date and more just kept on coming as we lived there. We were charged for using too much heat when we were unable to adjust the heat in our apartment (which they knew since our move in date). The helpdesk (Karen), is cocky and will over-simplify the stuff you understand to make you feel stupid when all you want is a genuine answer to a concern. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. This cannot be said enough. They manage a lot of apartments, if you have the choice to not rent from Eiendomsvisiner - DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

I moved to Copenhagen a month and a half ago, and I have been renting a flat with Ejendomsvisioner since early February. So far my experience with them has been great. They've been really helpful and have responded all my enquiries very quickly, which is a great thing to have when you just arrive at a new country. I heartily recommend Ejendomsvisioner if you're planning to move to Denmark and need to find quality accommodation.
