After placing my order

After placing my order, I was told weeks later that delivery wasn't allowed to my state because of age restrictions. Even though I never received the product, my payment was processed and I have yet to get a refund. This is unacceptable.

Horrible company

Horrible company. I placed a large order. They sent me half of it but the other half is sitting in "processing" and I placed my order 10.31.25. I have sent 5 emails with NO answer. Their customer service number is never answered and all you get is a recording of "no one is available to take your call". They say they have chat feature but they don't. Tried reaching out via social media and you can't post on their page or DM them. There is no way to contact them and they simply ignore you. They may be cheap but the fact that they take all your money but only give you part of your order sort of throws that benefit out the window. I have seen hundreds of review of folks experiencing the same thing. Do not order from them! I submitted a complaint with the FTC and BBB. It wont get my money back but if they get enough complaints, they could be investigated for their horrible business practices and either be shut down or forced to become an actual honest business.

They straight ripped me off

They straight ripped me off, I got an email a few days after a large order saying since my billing address for my card didn't match they won't send the order. I have 2 addresses my billing address isn't where im currently living. Anyway the phone number they have goes to some bullshit you won a prize thing. I emailed them back they said send proof of addresses so I did then the next email I got from them said sorry we still arent sending your order and we aren't going to refund you. A couple weeks later started getting door dash order after doordash order a few hundred bucks before I caught it couldnt prove it was them but after reading others posts about similar things with this fake ass bullshit place I strongly believe they will steal your bank info screw you over

I am very unhappy with this company

I am very unhappy with this company. I've purchased around them before without an issue but I went to pay with my card and it said it wasn't approved so I try to second time said it wasn't approved I looked in my bank and there's two pending transactions and the order isn't fulfilled. I have called them and emailed them and they have not responded back and it's been quite a few days. This is unacceptable! Buyer beware!

I would give zero stars if I could I order over 2 months ago package been sent back 2 times already so I said enough I just want refund which there policy says if return can get refund but will lose shipping cost they just refuse do it and said they will resend the package 3rd time it’s ridiculous to not even fallow own written policy stay away from this company unless u like the run around and headache of trying resolve the issue

I placed a large order

I placed a large order, one of countless orders I've placed over the years, and it was misdelivered by the USPS. When I approached customer service, a person named Emm, she simply sent me the email showing it was delivered on her end. I asked for assistance in moving forward with the USPS to make it right, and she provided me a USPS link that doesn't actually work or provide resolution.

As much as they talk about how much they appreciate patronage, they don't actually seem to care when things become somewhat complicated. This will be my last order from ejuice.deals. There are plenty of other options that help when orders are unfulfilled.

I still haven't received my order nor has it been processed it is now Jan 14, 2025 and I ordered it December 24, 2024

I ordered from them because they had multiple flavors and brands. It was almost $100 but because of a discount the had it went to $75..... My order still hasn't even been processed!!!!! So will I ever receive my order or just lose my money. I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone. Sent email and no response... Said it was paid on my receipt just never sent.

What happened to ejuice.deals?

I placed an order on Christmas day 2024 order # ED-695437. Finally on January 16, I got an email my order had shipped. Why did it take almost A month?
I wouldn't be near as upset had they contacted me letting me know there was some sort of delay or shortage.

They don't take responsibility of their packages

My packages lost two times, after 4 months of sending emails to them they gave me partly credit for repurchase, so no refund. The recent case it's been almost 5 months and they are saying that they can't do anything. It's absolutely unfair. I am going to sue this company. After 4-5 years of being their customer, they don't even care that I be been waiting to receive my liquids for this long time. They said I should deal with USPS myself.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam, The provided contact information is a scam number that promotes some fake prizes to collect your personal info to sell so you can get spammed. I placed my order on on December 3rd. 2-5 day shipping yet it is now the 17th and my order hasn't been processed or shipped. I've recieved one response by email, claiming they were out of stock of one of the flavors. and that was it. No ETA, I requested to have it substituted with another flavor I purchased. Nothing. I've been reaching out daily since the 6th. I got that response, and a second response trying to tell me to how to speak to them. When I'm justifiably upset, I paid them money and they're not sending the product I paid for. Not providing any information about the delay, Not offering any solutions, and refusing to cancell my order and refund my money like I've asked multiple times. When they refuse to behave as a professional company, and take money without sending products, providing alternatives or even attempting to communicate as a professional company would. Try to scam customers repeatedly according to multiple reviews confirmed by my personal experience. They dont deserve to be treated with respect.

“NO” customer service at all

I ordered 2 bottles of juice, then almost immediately got an email with code SAVE31 to save 31% off my order. I email customer support 11 times asking them to cancel my order so I could reorder with the code. No replies at all, they just shipped it instead. So if you ever need to contact customer service, they will “NOT” acknowledge your email. Horrible and non existent customer service, therefore I’ll take my business elsewhere. Not that they care because someone will just take my place, but buyer be aware and read the reviews first!

SCAM!

SCAM!!
When I was checking out my bag it bounce back, and said the card was expired, which it’s not correct. After that I checked my bank and I was charged 100$ four times. I didn’t get any confirmation from them, and are clearly frustrated.

Dont make the same mistake as i did! Dont buy from this site!!!

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE UR MONEY

Placed an order on January 28th and immediately canceled (after seeing reviews) didn’t receive any information about when I would be getting a refund. First time I called customer service was about 3 weeks after cancellation.

The lady on the phone tells me it can sometimes take awhile for refunds to go through because they have a ‘ thorough’ review process to make sure it wasn’t a fraudulent purchase. Ok fine I continue to wait and nothing for weeks. This is now week 6 of me waiting so I reach out to customer service again. This is the email I received back after speaking with them on the phone

I was able to confirm that the refund had been processed on 1/29/2024 as requested since the order was cancelled and immediately and the money has been returned since . once a charge is refunded it will drop immediately off of our system and is then processed back to the original owner. this is a fool proof way to make sure that we do not refund multiple times or have any reoccurring issues. If it does not reflect on your bank statements or does not show that the charge has been received please reach out to your bank .

This time the woman tells me that my money was deposited back into my account the same day I cancelled the order…. That it’s something wrong with my bank . I checked my bank statements and not a dime of that $100 order has been refunded to me… I’d like to know why I was told two different stories. This website is nothing but a money grab they make it absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get your money back. I have opened an investigation and am disputing the charges. Will never use this company again. How can you just not refund somebody. An absolute joke of a company.
