I had an issue with one of my vapes and they were not able to send me a replacement as the manufacturer didn’t make anymore so they refunded me in full. I order from them all the time and will continue thank you for everything.

I did experience an issue with Fed Ex at no fault of eJuice-however, their cs rep Evelyn, was out of this world amazing at her job and resolving my issue.
eJuice also had my flavor of disposable vape when all others were out. Their products have never let me down.

I had ordered a Smok 50W Kit, but was delivered a Smok novo Kit, (in 3 days, so great shipping anyway).
I spoke to Evelyn at ejuiceDB immediately after my package arrived, and 15 mins later, the CORRECT item had a shipping label to leave the “dock” at ejuiceDB!!!!!
Great customer service online, very immediate service and correction!

At the time of writing this review, I just got notification from FedEx that the new order was already picked up!!!!!!

With some sort of system error, I was having a bunch of issues with double charges pending, etc. Missy at EB Juice helped me resolve everything! She was amazing!

Missy took care of my issues fully and timely! Will continue to be my go to for vapes!

Well I had my first issue Ejuice DB, they accidently sent the wrong Juice. I sent a email to the company and within a short time the problem was resolved. I have nothing but excellent experience with juice DB, and now I got to deal with their customer service, and I must say that they are excellent as well. Great job Ejuice DB.

I ordered 20 disposable vapes, but when the order got here I was missing two. I contacted support and Missy was extremely helpful! They are sending out the two missing vapes and Missy was super nice through the entire interaction.

let me say the shipping was fast, much faster than most places i have used. I reached out to customer service, since there was an issue with my juice, and they were quick to respond every time through out our conversation. First and foremost ejuicedb is fantastic. My husband and i are regular customers due to fast shipping and reasonable prices. Ive never had an issue with an order in the 2 years I've been ordering until recently. Their cx service was quick to respond and got my issue resolved just as fast. I expected since Their support system was thru email this would be a long drawn out experience and it certainly was not. Great customer service is hard to come by (especially working in a customer experience environment all day my expectations are already high) and this team delivered above and beyond.
