Never again will I give them my business... It took weeks to get my order and I PAID for 1-3 day shipping. When I contacted them about getting refunded for the cost of shipping, customer service was absolutely atrocious. No solutions, no recommendations, just attitude. I hope this saves a few customers from a very poor experience!

What can I say about Ejuice Steals? Everything good. Thats what! I have been buying off of this company for a few years and they are amazing. Fast shipping, great products and prices, plus if you ever have a question on an item, they are right there to help you.
As you can see, Im one of their biggest fans and will continue to be.

Not only did it take 3 weeks for them to ship what I ordered. . They sent me the wrong vape. Never again!

Have been buying from Ejuice Steals for over 5 years now. Had an issue with some juice and this great company, was super courteous and willing to extend an olive branch. They went above and beyond to help with this situation. Ejuice Steals has always had great deals on products and great shipping times. Thanks for all the great service, over the years.

I should of known something was fishy about this company when Chase contacted me to confirm I made this purchase. They've never contacted me before with any of the other e-juice companies. Also they advertise in their email that their juice is $5.99. But then you choose any other nicotine amount besides 0mg, the price goes up to $10.99.

Then the free shipping code on the front page of their web site did not work and I ended up having to pay shipping. They told me the code was expired and they are no longer accepting that code. Then why do you still have it on the front page of your website? Then I had to contact them the next week after purchase, because it doesnt show my order has been shipped out. When I contacted them, they lied and told me it already shipped out that day. When I replied asking for the tracking number, they no longer wanted to answer my emails. That evening, I was notified by USPS informed delivery and another shipping app that I had a shipment coming. USPS told me a shipping label was printed and has not been handed over to them yet. The next day it was handed over to the post office.

Then I found out from VapeTasia that these guys are selling me old juice. I contacted them about how these last batches (the last two orders I ordered from e-Juice steals) of Killer Kustard quickly goes to a dark color within 24 hours of opening the bottle, it's gunking up on the coil, and I'm having to change my cotton every 1.5 days. I've also noticed the juice is more like water than ejuice. They had me take some photos of the boxes and bottles and was informed they are selling me old juice, and that their bottle and box were redesigned early in 2020. e-Juice Steals' web site shows the new design, but what they ship you is the old stuff and is more than likely causing all of the problems I am having. So Friday evening, I went to a local vape shop and bought a bottle of Killer Kustard. Right away I noticed the juice is coming out thicker and requires me to squeeze the bottle again, instead of just turning it over and pour into my tank. The vanilla custard taste is MUCH stronger and better. And now, on Monday, 11-23-2020 at 7:48PM, I have not had to change my cotton yet since this new bottle, the color of the juice has hardly changed, and I do not have the black gunk building up quickly on my coil like the old juices were causing.

I threw the remaining 9 bottles away. They might be a couple bucks cheaper than the other guys, but they're selling you rotten juice. And after purchasing 12 bottles, it would of been almost the same price in the end with the other company's true free shipping.

And Vapetasia, thank you for the freebies. You didnt have to do that, but you guys are awesome. :)

EJuice Steals seriously has the best deals you can find anywhere. Shipping can take a while; I was told with their selection, it's impossible to keep every single thing in stock at all times, so I get it. But they are always good with communication and they let me know what's going on :) Keep up the good work you guys!!!

Their customer service, especially phone, has been a Godsend for me and thoroughly unexpected. Their clearance items are at least half the price of anything on sale at major stores like ElementVape and other legit domestic shops and the quality of goods I’ve gotten are basically the same as I’d get in a store. Juices are exactly as advertised and they always ask for personal input regarding substitution if something isn’t available. That hits me the hardest. I wanted to review here and Google (this is unpaid and unasked for) but I spotted a clearance Kanger tank for $1.99, how can you beat that? So I grabbed two. Well I guess they sold out so I received the full Kanger RPM180 with spare coils. Another example is an order of a two pods for when I want small game. I called with a question and the gentlemen mentioned he noticed I was a repeat customer and without asking, I got two top shelf bottles of e-juice at my normal (3mg) level not to mention a vanilla cream type flavor which fits my pattern and was one I had never seen. Vaping it as I type. Anyways, shipping is normal rate - personally I’ve had better luck turning off the route protection they offer but that’s just me. In doing so you’re always provided one way or another with a tracking number and same or next day shipping. USPS priority I usually get within 2-3 days and I live in. Kentucky while I believe they operate oui of California. Not bad. This isn’t a shill or fake report I just think they are by far the best and I am puzzled why so few mention them. Great gear and unbeatable prices with fast turnaround and good support. What more could one ask for. Il be sticking with ejuicesteals. I have bought from ejuicesteals quiet a few times in the past but they have really gone down hill lately . I placed an order and after a few weeks of seeing it hadn't been shipped I contacted them and eventually got a reply stating that the items were out of stock . I asked for them to cancel the sale and refund me , they refused . A few days later I got an email stating that the items were back in stock and had just been shipped to me . Upon receiving my package I found out I had been lied to and they just sent other random items in there place . I took pictures and contacted them again , they again refused to make it right and basically just tell me tough luck . After many orders of leaky or broken bottles of juice , missing coils out of packs , all of which I never complained about . But this last order will be exactly that the last one , there are many other reputable sites out there with great customer service you can order from , don't waste your time and money in the hopes of getting lucky and saving a few pennies with these guys . Vape Royalty is a good one to check out , they have good customer service and all their products are legitimate. Not the defective devices and recalled runs of juices that ejuicesteals sells to unknowing individuals looking to save a few bucks . Because your not saving anything when you get a mod that will stop working after a month , and your hurting yourself inhaling liquids that were recalled for a reason .

Within the past year this company has gone down hill . They take forever to ship and often send the wrong items . Alot of the juices and devices they sell are seconds or defective to begin with , if your lucky enough to get what you even ordered . Customer service is a joke and they refuse to issue refunds when they make mistakes. Save your time and money , order from a more reputable site

I have been ordering from ejuicesteals for about a year and a half. They are great the only place I use. If there are ever any issues they resolve them and they are always nice and helpful. You can't beat their prices and they have a great selection of what ever you are after.

Ordered 2 bottles of juice and coils. Fast shipping but they ignored my flavor preference on a substitute since one was out of stock. I asked for any kind of menthol and recieved a non menthol flavor and wasn't emailed like I asked to let me know of subs.

ok so I'm writing my independant honest experiance about my ejuicesteals purchase. I went online and checked out their clearance section. I was amazed at the heavily discounted e juice and thought this can't be true. I read other people's reviews and decided to email the company before I purchase. I am a international buyer and they were happy to ship to the United Kingdom. I ordered about 120 bottles of reduced ejuice. The items were dispatched in about a week and delivery took the same. All items recieved and no customs charges due. The packaging was excellent and you could see they take their time to ensure your juice reaches you in tip top condition. I only order juices which are rare in the UK as I prefer the USA quality, although the UK do make some good quality juice. The team at ejuicesteals are very friendly and the communication was excellent. They always replied to my emails even during the shipping period. I will certainly be using their services again. If you want good quality e juice at ridiculous rock bottom prices then I will 100% advise on using ejuicesteals. ignore the bad feedback some people have left as they are most likely trolls or competition. They ship worldwide. They also sell mods, tanks, kits and all other vaping accessories. Even the hardware is very well priced. I am very satisfied with my purchase and I know you will be too!
