Still waiting

I will say the first 2 orders came very quickly. But not this time!! So now my fiancé has been out of juice for a week. I ordered a week ago and paid for 2 day shipping this time almost $10 and now a week later and I still have not received my package. I don’t know why they promise 2 day shipping when it took them over 5 days to even get it out of the warehouse. Hoping it comes soon so that I don’t have to go through contacting them. Just warning you don’t pay for 2 day shipping because it’s been a week now and I’m still waiting.
Update: just received a package I paid $10 extra for over a week after ordering with 2 day shipping. Happy it came but very disappointed it took so long

Ejuicestore.com

These people are the best. I've been ordering alot from them lately because of their great deals and fast delivery. I recently ordered 9 bottles of ejuice. 5 of the bottles were the right brand, but wrong flavor. I wrote them an email stating the mistake, thinking they might give me a discount on my next order. NOPE, they sent me an apology email and a FULL refund and said keep the ejuice. Unbelievably blown away by this company. They are my favorite store EVER!

I am very pissed off right now!

I ordered my juice from these people on Feb 20th and paid $9.52 for shipping. I have been waiting 12 days for my stuff!! It is March 3rd and I still dont have my package. Never again will I order from this company! I am pissed!!

Prices were really good, but I placed an order Over two weeks ago, I still haven’t received my order and I have messaged the company twice to figure out what’s going on and cannot get a response. Will not order from here again.

Amazing Value

This is definitely a legit company and not a scam. I was worried about that when I saw their prices compared to my local market. bought 2 100ml bottles at literally 1/3rd of the price that same size and brand goes for at most shops locally.
it seems like most of the other reviews here have a problem with their shipping, which I dont think we can blame on the retailer as much as the way the USPS is operating right now. placed my order late friday night, had it by monday afternoon. (it probably helps that it seems like it was shipped from only 2 towns over, so if you're buying from Seattle, its unlikely to run into many problems)

overall, great price, quick shipping, and exactly what I ordered. they will be my new go-to from now on.

They are great if u want to wait for months

I ordered a package on monday its now Saturday & its been stuck in transit which i find very hard to believe due to the fact ive order off 3 other vapes sites & they got here in 2 days .Idk if they are lying but 2 day shipping is 2 days i think they just take your money & send it standard smh first & last time buying unless they switch to fed ex or something this is f**king ridiculous

Never shipped, CS lies

Item never shipped, customer service gave excuses that were obvious lies, changed their story multiple times, was told refund had been issued which never showed, had to file dispute with credit card company. Will avoid in the future.

I never wanted to make an account or use their service, but they took my email and made me one anyway, and are now bothering me trying to get my to buy stuff from them.

I think these guys took my email and sold it to third parties, I never signed a terms of conditions or privacy policy so DONT EMAIL ME EVER, and are also emailing me to tell me I left things in my cart for my "account". I don't have an account and don't want one, ever. Requiring an email to even start the process of MAYBE purchasing juice, and then NOT saying that providing one is actually making an account on your service. IS A SCUMMY THING TO DO! And I will absolutely NEVER use your service after this bad first impression. I can't imagine how many robo calls I'd be getting if I unwittingly gave them my phone number like they asked for. DIST-GUS-TIN!

In stock, super fast shipping & quality items!

Everything that I wanted was in stock, my order was super easy to place. the items all arrived in a super quick time frame and they were packaged wonderfully super carefully and to conserve space. All of them were accurate and the quality juice I always love. Thanks so much, I will definitely be back. Reputable and trustworthy vape juice supplier!!

Worst customer service / never received product

Worst experience ever ordered juice over 2 weeks ago hasn’t been scanned by post office in 10 days and I filed out the appropriate paper work so they fill a claim with post office but they refuse to do their part there company spokes person says when it’s returned to their warehouse they will refund my money. It hasn’t been seen in 10 days but yeah let me wait even longer then the 2 weeks when I paid for 2 day delivery. reguardless it’s lost they can be reimbursed but they have to do their part . They have made fun of me called me a thief and evidently customer service means nothing to them . Filed with BBB , my state attorney generals office along with bank. Wish I could post their emails they sent . Wow and they want people to buy their products. Never would use my name properly even after asking them not to use my diary name I didn’t know them or was familiar with them . Customer service it all comes down to customer service and they don’t care about customers.

I made an order on 11/30 and it still…

I made an order on 11/30 and it still wasn't here by the 20th. It was just sitting "in transit" from the 6th of dec on. They handled everything very professionally and gave me a refund promptly. I 100% knew it wasn't their fault because USPS has been having some issues. The day they issued me a refund, my juice showed. I contacted them bc I didn't feel right keeping it and they told me to keep it as an early Christmas present. The juice was extremely late, which was not their fault and the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!

Worst customer service

You pay for shipping and they send you shipping confirmation without ever shipping anything. You contact them about your shipping not being updated and want a status and they lie to you about your order. Told my order left their warehouse at 9 in the morning on the 7th, “shipped” Monday and it’s Friday. Paid for 3-5 days, tracking still says preshipment. Customer service is absolutely awful. And now they want me to wait until Monday because they refuse to do what they say. Don’t order from this company.

Was good service on the first 2 orders

Was good service on the first 2 orders, but notgood on the last 2. Order 1 took 10 days to arrive. Order 2 never tracked after 12 days. Was assured a refund, which was never given. Had to dispute charge with CC. Stay away!!!

This is a Definite 4-Star, Pending 5-Star review. They are indeed a 100% legit online retailer so no worries there. For some reason, the first juice I ordered never got sent, but the one I ordered two days later arrived yesterday. Fortunately, I emailed them regarding the issue and Brian, The Proprietor of Ejuicestore.com, said that he sincerely apologized for the mixup, and obliged my replacement request when asked without hesitation. If he gets my replacement juice sent out Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days) today, Then DEFINITELY consider it a 5-Star review, and I'd advise EXCLUSIVELY to go through this site.

Using for 8 months plan to continue forever!

I've been ordering my juice from ejuicestore.com for about 7 months now and have never been happier.

The shipping times are incredibly quick.
The deals are unbeatable.
The customer support is not only quick to respond but is also quick to resolve issues.
For instance recently I had made an error when entering my address and after contacting customer support, it was resolved in approximately just under 10 minutes!

Ejuicestore is the place I always recommend when someone asks where should they buy juice👍.

Found My "Go To" Vaping Company!

I have found my "Go To" vaping company! Just when I'd about given up on finding a reliable vaping company, I found EjuiceStore.com I had read their great reviews by others and decided to give them a try. I've found that not all, but many companies now are expensive and forever out of stock with a lot of boring selections. Questions go unanswered or responses are delayed. Shipping can be a pain, too. It seems like good customer service has gone out the window. A recipe for unhappy customers.

NOW, EjuiceStore is a breath of fresh air!

1. Hundreds of amazing and interesting selections of products. CHECK
2. Website is easy to navigate. It's so FUN to browse! CHECK
3. Prices are very low compared to other companies, CHECK
4. Shipping is reasonable and lightening fast. Order shipped the same day ordered. CHECK
5. Items are packaged with care and include a friendly note. (They care!) CHECK.
6. Customer service is fantastic...best ever! Brian is so friendly and conscientious about helping customers and seeing that their needs are met. This is so important! Nobody appreciates those "rude dudes with attitudes." CHECK

Overall, EjuiceStore.com is the place I want to be ordering from. I hope everyone will give them a try. You will not be disappointed.
