I placed an order and it sead it will come on 8th of December and I placed the order on the 29th on November, but it came today on the 4th of December that's 2 work days or 4 calendar days earlier then it was told and I'm really happy it came that early. But firecracker boxes ware a bit damaged and there was quite a bit of gunpowder or whatever they put on them in the box.

I placed an order on November 19th, and to this day I haven't received it or my refund. It's terrible! Customer service said I have to wait, but they saw that the package never arrived, and they're still stalling to not give me a refund.

Hello, you ordered on 19th of november and was probably still on the way for like a week and than it took at least week to confirm your package was lost or something happened. After that we still need to confirm that you really didn't get the package (many people trying to scam this way) and than we have 30days to refund. We did nothing wrong and should wait patiently for the refund. Consider removing this review as it doesn't reflect reality.
