1. Order placed 13/01/2019 (Sunday) at 16.55 with selected FREE standard Royal Mail delivery option (information about 2-3 working days to arrive was available during the checkout)
2. Order despatched 14/01/2019 (Monday) at 10.40
3. Parcel received and signed for 16/01/2019 at 11.06
4. Royal Mail offers limited tracking for 1st and 2nd Class parcels (status only updates after attempted delivery) and we have no control over their systems
Unfortunately because facts contradict the reasons in your review we can't agree with it and we believe that this is not true reflection of the service you received from us. We will also report this review to Trustpilot.
