Ordering and delivery easy but, so far, have been unable to return the item. All we get is chatbot emails and go round and round in circles. Been unable to speak to a human or even find a contact number or email address which doesn't go back to a bot and round and round in circles again.

I ordered on Monday, admittedly a bit late, for my ski trip the week after. The delivery times mentioned are 2-3 days. However, "we are very busy", so they hand over the package ro DPD 2-3 days later. Hereafter they said it is with DPD now, so call them if you want your parcel in time... We do not guarantee anything, see our website. Website not loading this part + they put all the responsibility to the customer by letting them handle the contact with DPD.

Still 2 stars because with patience I expected this to be a trustworthy company.

Misleading website. The Arc’teryx Thorium Hoody I ordered for my friend was described as a men’s jacket on the site twice in bold letters, however I received a women’s model. Had to return it. Very disappointing. The customer service I received afterwards was of little help also. Luckily I had paid with PayPal, so I was able to receive a full refund. I won’t be ordering from this site again

Great price, great that you had this particular make and model of goggles.
The delivery was a bit protracted but we got it delivered in the end.

Two years ago I ordered my Salomon boots and this year we ordered 1 pair of boots and 2 pair of new skies. Very userfriendly website where you easily can find your choice. Delivery within 1 week for the first pair of skies and 2 weeks for the second pair and the boots. All very understandable due to the blackfriday period. We asked for some additional information about the delivery, and within 12 hours we got all information we requested for. I can really recommend Ekosport and we'll certainly order more material here. Well done Ekosport team !

I ordered a pair of ski boots to be delivered to the UK, understanding they were coming from France. There was a slight delay at the border but the guys at Ekosport quickly answered my queries around an ETA and the item arrived just a few days later than scheduled.
The boots were way cheaper than I could find elsewhere and were exactly as described.
I'd happily buy again and would just bear in mind there could be delays with shipping but this is completely out of Ekosport's control.

I live in SOuth Argentina, visit Belgium every year and always buy my trailrunning shoes at Ekosport. Excellent quality and an excellent post sale service.

My son was devastated as his bottle had been stolen at school. I was upset as kleen kanteen arnt exactly cheap. But ekosport even with paying postage were by far the cheapest and was delivered within a few days. The tofu and gold colour is very nice looks way to posh for an 11 year old.
