Unreliable and poor respond
I connected with Mini.NL on 28 Jan and selected Ekris Utrecht for my Mini Service Inclusive contract. On the email I was informed that Ekris Utrecht will contact me.
After 10 days, I called Ekris Utrecht and was told that the person is not available and someone will call me back. No one did so I reach out again on 13 Feb and was passed on the phone to 4 different people and told me someone will call me back. Unfortunately no one did.
Given the above experience, I could not trust the services from Ekris Utrecht. So I completed the form on Mini.NL and selected an alternative Mini garage - amazing that the other Mini garage responded within 1 hour !
What a difference in service !
