I had a very disappointing experience with Ekster. I raised a return request within the valid return window, and their team explicitly confirmed that my product was eligible.
Instead of processing the return, I was offered a 25% refund to keep the item. When I declined and asked them to proceed with the return as per their own policy, they completely stopped responding.
Multiple follow-ups have gone unanswered.
This behavior raises serious concerns about how Ekster handles returns—agreeing initially, then avoiding responsibility when a customer insists on a proper resolution.
If you’re considering buying from Ekster, be cautious. The product may look appealing, but the post-purchase support experience can be frustrating and unreliable.

I got one of their wallets and shortly after getting it the paint scratched. I have no idea how it happened but I contacted them and they responded SO fast. They obviously care about their customer base and their wallets are strong dependable and sleek. Highly recommend.

I love my wallet. I really don’t like regular wallets because they’re too big and bulky so this wallet is perfect for me. I’ve had it for about four years now but recently the mechanism broke so I contacted customer support showed them that it was no longer working and they’re sending me a replacement no questions asked easiest warranty claim ever.

Bought an Ekster wallet in 2024 and recently reached out because a couple of my cards were sliding out. Their warranty team replied quickly and immediately offered a replacement, no hassle at all.
I asked if I could switch to a different model that was actually cheaper, and Juli from their team went above and beyond. She sent the one I requested and also upgraded me to the Pro version of the wallet I originally had, completely free.
Both arrived the next day.
Genuinely impressed with the level of customer service. Fast, kind, and way more generous than I expected. Big thanks to Juli and the Ekster team.

Customer service was insanely accommodating. I've been using the Ekster wallet since 2020 and recently purchased the Finder Card. The Mega safe card holder never work imposible to pair with I phone and even with the receipts they do not help me with a Claim . So do not waste your money and time.

Dishonest customer service. They have a 100-day return policy but it's impossible to initiate a return. At least if you're in the United States. The customer support email refers you to a different group who never responds. In the end, unable to return the wallet. And they do not respond except for one format email.
Note multiple robi responses here. They did email and wantede to publish my phone number. Not gonna do that. You have my email for order lookup. I have received multiple responses so they can satisfy their "responded to customer" quota but there is never an RMA nor refund location provided. TEN emails, FB messages and trust pilot. Still unable to return per their policy.

I bought a money clip from this company and I didn’t even open the package and I want to return it and it’s been over a week and I haven’t heard anything from them as far as labels to return the item. I wrote several emails to them with no response. This is a horrible company. I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.
