Ekster products are top of the line. On one purchase there was a problem with the wallet I bought as a gift for my son. After almost 2yrs of owning a wallet I had bought my son, he encountered a malfunctioning button. Ekster customer service and warranty were exceptional. My son is so happy to have received a replacement because he loves their products!

Ive owned their wallets for 5 years now and I dont think I will ever own a different wallet. The support team is always INCREDIBLY helpful if anything goes wrong with their wallets. They have an AMAZING 2 year warranty on the wallets and its amazing. The wallets are great, the people are great, and their prices are also great. They have not hiked up the price of their wallets and its awesome. I cannot recommend these wallets and this brand enough. Poala specifically was amazing, but everyone I was in contact with was amazing.

I ordered the vacuum bag and it was a complex delivery, with tight timelines and I needed to update the address multiple times due to post-Christmas logistics problems. I was really struggling with the whole process, but then Odette helped me out, made sure I received what I ordered in time for my travels and made up for the difficult delivery. This was great service, and I appreciate the team coming through for me.

I had an issue with my Ekster wallet’s button mechanism just outside the warranty period, and the support team was fantastic. Paola responded quickly, explained the options clearly, and escalated my case to the warranty team.
Despite the warranty having expired, Ekster went above and beyond and issued a free replacement, no return required. The process was smooth, transparent, and truly customer-first.

Our Travel Pack , Vacuum bag and air pump got lost in post, due to shipper losing it.
However, Paola at Ekster was very understanding and quickly sent out our order again which arrived quickly.
We are very pleased with the vacuum bags which are of a high quality, durable plastic and stong zips.
The pump works very well.
After our experence we will be buying more products from Ekster with no hesitation.

Had an issue with my out-of-warranry wallet cash strap stretching beyond its usefulness. Within a few hours of writing my email I received a reply from Maia at Customer Service. Problem was solved immediately, new part sent and received within 7 days. Outstanding service, great communication throughout the process, and even a followup email from Julieta, the head of Customer Support, to make sure all is well (and it is)! Ekster makes great products and aren't afraid to back them up with phenomenal CS. I'm a customer for life, and I've told all my friends about it too!

"1 star – Feels like a scam after two failed attempts."
Ordered once, package never arrived in Greece. Warned support early that DHL flagged my postcode as invalid – they said 'everything is fine' and it would arrive correctly. Instead, it was sent to the Netherlands.
They offered a replacement (second order), but the same happened: no destination country specified on the label, DHL rejects tracking again with invalid postcode error.
Multiple emails, long response delays, DHL says only Ekster (sender) can fix the label – yet no real progress or update from them despite address confirmations.
Extremely frustrating and unreliable international shipping. Products might be good, but avoid Ekster if you're outside the US or Netherlands I suppose – wasted time and money."

I have an Ekster Wallet Pro (Tan leather). After using it for a few months I noticed the piece of rubber that keeps the cards from sliding around too easily had come loose. I reached out to Ekster to file a warranty claim (2 year warranty) and they quickly sent a replacement with no hassle. And told me I could just discard the old one. I love a company that stands behind their product!

I bought my wallet online. When I received it, I determined it wasn't for me and wanted to exchange. I wanted to speak with someone directly rather a bot or some AI response. I was contacted within the same day. After a few days of back and forth, customer service gave me a store credit for the amount I paid, and I got to keep the original as it has some rub marks (I sent a pic). No BS, quick and decisive response. Exactly what you'd want from Customer Service.

Had the key tracker, wallet tracker and wallet. They were all class, sleek, well made and did the job intended for. Over time I experienced an issue with a fault and discussed with customer service.
