Do not buy this software, I am warning you while you have the chance unlike me. It works for 1-2 days then all of a sudden it will stop working. You will contact the website and they will ignore every message you send. When you request a refund as per their 14 day promise, they will still ignore you. It's a big scam, do not fall victim for it. All the other people are leaving reviews too prematurely, they will soon suffer the same fate.

I just started but it seems to work better and sleeker than most other services I tried. The price is very affordable as well. It would be great to be able to edit the target users or target hashtags and apply filters.

This company is rotten to the core. A potato would have done a better job than their "service" and no refunds. AVOID!!!

Honestly very bad customer experience. Bought the middle plan for around $120. All of the automation on Instagram doesn't really work anymore and I kept getting action blocked so I asked for a refund at least THREE TIMES! They don't respond. Also they're a company based in Russia so I don't know if that has to do with it. Just STAY AWAY!!!

Hey, it's mostly working. I automated the autolike and it does work.
Not sure it likes as much as 500times/day though, which is what I bought for 150$.

I started using the tool implementing very precisely every single one of their suggestions. On day 3 (three..) Instagram started throttling all of my profiles, and the tool is completely unusable ever since (3 weeks now). Besides that, their customer service is awful: they answer only when they sense you're a potential customer. After the purchase, they disappear, hiding behind their chat bot. And only then you discover you're never going to have a refund. Oh, sorry, actually they're going to refund you only if Instagram will delete your account. Well, thank you very much, really appreciated. As if a deleted account wasn't such a big deal, just a couple hundred dollars back and we're even. Congratulations, really a good job guys

this company is just scam, they are selling a product that doesnt work, also they dont have any kind of customer support or service, you can try to mail them , no answer... you can try to use is website chat... nothing againg, just a bot that doesnt allow you to continue the chat because doesnt work. they just got all this good reviews everywhere because they have been giving for free some products to users if they give a good feedback. dont trust those scamers, just chech in google how many customers, like me ( i bought the pro service, 250 $) has been scamed by them. STOP buying from Ektor.io!!!!!!

I purchased this software the 22nd of April, I downloaded it and it didn't work. After few emails exchanged the software is clearly not working on MAC and I haven't heard from them since then. I am asking for a refund and they seems to have disappeared with the money. DON´t PURCHASE!!

Ektor is a complete scam. After just two days, the app stopped working. I want my money back, but the company does not answer to my emails about the refund. Thankfully, the company is from France, so I have already contacted EU authorities.

The story view is a big plus!

Doesn't do what is advertised. The program stopped running after it followed 10 accounts saying I reached my limit. I bought the $79 version of the program that says my limit is up to 100/d. Very dissatisfied the my purchase. I'm having a difficult time reaching the support team will likely have to file a fraud report to get my money back if they do not respond.

I bought ektor 2 months ago and it never worked as I thought !!!
I sent heaps of emails to them trying to figure it why I was losing followers instead of gaining, did all the settings as I was told and nothing, support team was rubbish!
In less of 72 Hours I asked my money back because was terrible and ignored me
Such a waste!

This is really disappointing. I paid for the “pro” with premium support and all I got are ambiguous one sentence answers that sound robotic, don’t answer my question and is definitely NOT premium based on the definition of the word. I paid for 3 accounts to run simultaneously yet I cannot seem to, no one in customer service can easily answer ‘how to’ in almost two days of non-stop emails. And zero of the services are even working for the one account I do have logged in.
