this has been so hard to just get the programme on my desktop! I purchased it and Its saying I need to download winzip to open it which then says I have to pay for that aswell and its saying do not download anything that its very dangerous im beginning to think its a scam

I use it and I love it! I use it for instagram: it works. And also, I asked a lot of question to the support team: always very fast to reply and solve any issues

The software is an SCAM! Don't buy it! Merchant is a FRAUD!

I had really disappointing experience with this software.

Before buying ektor I've contacted support to investigate about features and possible upgrades. They answered that upgrades are possible, but they didn't mention that they have a special offer to purchase premium $250 version for special price (price of basic version actually).

A couple of hours after I've purchased the software they sent me email offering to use a special code to buy premium $250 version for special price (price of basic version).

I've contacted support a numerous times that I've got this offer and asked them to upgrade my version of software, but they ignored me completely.

I feel that this whole situation is really unfair.

Also, the software is lacking detailed tutorials how to use it.

After 6 days of usage I've got - -1 subscriber.
It means I was loosing subscribers not getting them.

At the end the software compromised my Instagram account.

Conclusion: The software is not working as advertised, it is detectable by Instagram and your account will be compromised.

The company which is selling this software is a fraud - they are taking money from customers, but their software is not working.

Their refund policy is really shady. They are not answering to refund requests - just ignoring your messages at all.

Don't buy from this company! Don't support a FRAUD!

I love that this is a one-time payment. Makes things really affordable for small businesses. Always be improving and growing!

So first of all anyone that wants to say the only way to build an audience is to pay for ads... I get it. But I'm just here to warn others about this software. First of all if you are still interested in it after this post. Just sign up for the email list and they will give you steep discounts on it. Like 50-75 percent off. Even at that price it's still not worth it. First thing is the language barrier. I believe they are located in France so any response is short and usually doesn't answer the question. Secondly my account was blocked within the first 24 hours of use. I sent them all the screenshots and logs asked for. They wouldn't refund as requested and told me they would fix the bug. I was never kept in the loop on this. I just kept asking for a refund. Finally they said try to log on again. I couldn't use the software due to some instagram security questions. They still won't refund me. Even if they won't return my money I want to save everyone else's time and money. Good luck with them if you decide to move forward.

SCAMMERS! The incredible automation they offer is one like in 3 weeks. And when you ask for support they are unable to help. When you ask for a refund (within the limit time) they stop answering your emails. SCAMMERS.

This bot (ektor.io) was not my first choice to be honest, and I have used lots of automation before it. Just want to be totally Frank. It might sometimes face bugs but I always got them solved by ticketing a few times to the support staff. It is very unfair to say it is bad. It surely is better than my past experiences and I am willing to continue with it. Thanks to the team of ektor.io for devoloping such a nice tool

You HAVE to realize this is an absolute scam.
Do not pay any attention whatsoever to the fact that there are a lot of 5's, use your heads. There's no way in hell half of all people would give it a 1 and the other half 5, these reviews are fake as well, do create a false sense of faith in this product.
The software does run from time to time, but after 15 or so likes (if even that) it got me blocked for a week so you'll not even WANT to run it even if you are ABLE to.

App wouldn't start on my mac. Support wouldn't help. Wouldn't offer refund either. Total scam. I've lost money on this.

After more then one week i can't start ektor. I don't say that it comes through Ektor, but the support takes to long and some response has no use at all. So why is the support so terrible bad for consumers who needs helps.
