Customer support seems very poor.-very disappointed

Customer support seems very poor.

-received $3,000+ PC with broken GPU(4080 super)

-Contacted support about problem, they replied a day later but then it took them 10 days to respond to my reply.

-after the 10 days somebody else took over the ticket(since no response) and they said they would send me a new GPU as soon as they could source one.

-It's been 22 days since they said they would source me a new GPU and they haven't responded since then.

-I've inquired multiple times about what is going on with the GPU and no reply.

-I ordered my PC on Feb 1st/2nd and its already the end of March and I still haven't been able to use it.

-I would not recommend doing business with this company.

costumer service is taken seriously

The costumer service is taken seriously, last I had an issue for emptying loops efficiently and faster. I bought myself an oil free air compressor, with a special option, to create a steady flow, and dry the air as well. The obvious question was how much bar the loops can stand. I got a great answer. In a day. That's amazing. Thank you very much.

I really recommend EKWB ! Number 1

The watercooling AiO is top, very silent, hold my cpu (Ryzen 7 5700G) maximum in 55-60 degrees full load with almost 2 year old thermalpaste, after 2 year my pump started to make some noise, and imediatly was replaced with new one and also a newer version, the aio what i have was not anymore in stock avaiable. The support agent was very nice with fast responses.

EK stands behind their products!

I had two parts that developed cracks around a fitting in the plexi. I contacted EK to see if the plexi alone was available for purchase or if there was some way I could repair it. They informed me they were under warranty for 2 years and sent everything I needed, free of charge! EK stands behind their products. I'm very pleased with their service!

Amazing Product and Customer Service

I have always been a fan of EK products, they all look amazing. I finally purchased one of their AiO's and I was amazed at how well it was packaged. The whole aesthetic of the AiO is beautiful, and come on who doesn't want great looking computer parts.

Unfortunately the pump failed within minutes of having it hooked up. With an end of the life product line it is understandable that there will be pump failures. The RMA process was quick and painless. Once the new AiO arrives and I get it all setup and installed I know I am going to love it.
