legit feeling scammed - this company withrew purchase money, but hasn't shipped my purchase

I ordered a EK-Nucleus AIO CR360 Lux D-RGB 4 days ago - my order hasn't been shipped, but they have already withdrawn money for the purchase - According to what I have been informed it's according to danish law only legal to withdraw purchase money, when the order has been shipped.

I have also tried contacting ekwb via their support, but nothing happens.

The overall experience was great.

In the beginning I was a little disappointed, because I messaged the technical support about an enquiry before buying.
Unfortunately I didn't receive a response, but ordered the relevant parts anyways.

Where the support shined was, when I had a special request regarding the shipping.
Not only did I receive a fast and uncomplicated reply, but Maja from the Sales and Shipping support, kept on updating me on my order and made sure everything went smooth.

Further she also relayed my pending question to the right person in the technical support, that answered everything promptly.

Overall experience with the service and product is 5 Stars for sure.

Top of the EOL block

I got a new top for a really, really old full-cover block. Cost a few €. However, as I already estimated and budgeted replacements parts, I consider it money saved.

The issue was resolved within in a few days, shipping went smooth, as always (DHL).

I am very happy with the resolution.

EK CSR are great

I like EK products and I always felt you got something not just nice looking but well built also. In the past few years I will admit I feel their tolerances have been off just a little bit. the customer service is top notch, they respond with answers and advice that is helpful. Yes their pricey but remember you get what you pay for.

On this specific occasion, I was hoping to receive good news about a product that I would like to buy, but it seems that I have to be patient for the high quality standards that EKWB normally guarantees to be respected. Exceptional Customer Service from EKWB

Just had to give a shoutout to EKWB for their incredible customer service! I had an issue with a distroplate, the original quantum reflection for o11 xl and they quickly sent me a replacement with the new model, the reflection 2 since the old one was end of life. They truly care about their customers, and I'll be a loyal fan for life!

Hats off to you, EKWB! Your customer service is out of this world!

Estimated delivery dates

I placed a preorder on 3rd of May for the EK Nucleus Dark 360 AIO with estimated delivery date at the 11nth of May,unfortunately it wasn't the case and I basically needed to cancel that order at 15nth of May, however customer support response was fast and that order refunded on time with no issues. I placed a new order for the same product but its the RGB version of it and my order shipped today aswell (16nth of May). All in all a bit inaccurate delivery prediction dates of the preordered products in my humble opinion and it's the only reason im giving them 4 stars. Customer support tho is awesome and EK has some really quality products.

Really good experience :)

My first couple orders went smoothly without any problems and quick as well. On one order there was a slight delay because of a continuously sold out radiator. But as I wrote the support team I got a fairly quick answer that was really nicely written, had all the infos I asked for and I also got the delivery notice fron DHL a couple of hours later.
I'm really pleased with that friendly and quick interaction with the assigned agent Katja G.

awesome shop

Excellent customer service, unfortunately after being a victim of their success I have to wait until the products are sold out to be able to receive my order.
Having bought a cpu water block / motherboard and a GPU water block with active back plate, I had no problems during delivery and the quality of the products is irreproachable, I recommend this shop for all my friends who want to get into water cooling or simply change material on their existing watercooling.

Would recommend to everyone

I was lurked by the configurator that they offer, since I had 0 knowledge about watercooling.
Everything was working together as expected, and also a small order adjustment could be made to have sent out available parts earlier.
I have now succesfully watercooled my:
- GPU
- CPU
- RAM
Would do it again :)
