I was a first time customer of Elan Polo Shoes and purchased a pair of their men's L.B. Evans Slippers through a website called DanielGreen.com. The ordering process was easy and flawless and the shipping was very fast. The slippers did not fit me right when trying them on so I packed them up and requested an RMA # to return them for a full refund. I received an RMA# from them right away packed up the slippers using the original box and return label. I shipped them out and they received them on Wednesday 10/25/2023 and as of today 10/31/2023 I have not received my refund! The return status on their site states "waiting on return". I have sent multiple emails to them regarding the refund for my return and no response at all. I called their customer service number and it goes straight to a voicemail so there is nobody to talk to! There is no other way to contact them. I would be very cautious when purchasing from this company because if you need to get in touch with someone your wasting your time! If you buy something, plan on keeping the item and don't do a return for a refund because who knows how long that will take!!!
