I ordered the Elaré Aged Garlic Extract from the youtube ad on Jan 14th and it was immediately debited from my bank acct. Come to find out it's just now (JAN 21ST) being shipped from CHINA. The ad states FAST SHIPPING snd makes it look like it's produced and coming from the USA. Have no idea how long it wil be before or even IF I'll receive my order or if it's a knock off.
Sent this msg to their company.

Why is my order coming from CHINA??? Your video ad made it look like it was produced here in the USA. This is NOT fast delivery as stated on your ad. Do I need to have this investigated???

It's Jan 29th and I still have not received my order. After multiple msgs sent to them inquiring about my order I get no response. Last Tracking on Jan 24th shows stuck in customs.
I believe this is a totally fraudulent scamming website and should be investigated, taken down and banned.

Why is the Elaire Customer Portal not working?
This portal is used so the customer can cancel future orders that will be automatically added to my account!
I did not want a " reaccuring subscription" added to my order and one was put on without my permission!

Ordered this product almost 1 month and a half ago and have not received anything, they don't answer the customer support on their site ever! They do not have phone support, big op scam prolly is Big Pharma minions to make health supplement industry look bad. Then blame it on China.

Purchased it once. Did not sign up for a subscription. Saw they billed me the 2nd time. Had to search for a contact. They make it hard to cancel this thing I didn't sign up for. Canceled well before they shipped. They ignored me and shipped anyway. Disputed the charge with my bank. They are fighting it because they shipped well after I requested to cancel.

This company is a scam. They will charge you for monthly subscriptions you didn't order. There is no customer service. You will have to dispute the charges with your bank and block them.

This is a Chineese scam company. Its a subscription scam that gets its customers through AI advertisements on places Iike youtube. Not just a scam but a dangerous one, as the ads encourage you to abandon a doctor's care for this garlic supliment. Youtube and Facebook allow them to continue to opperate despite overwhelming complaints and warnings by users.

What happens - You order from them. Then it never arrives. They continue to hit your account, because subscription. You go to find customer service and find that even if you can get ahold of a person (good luck), they wont do anything to cancel. You then have to go to your bank and dispute the charges, and block the recurring charge. And then you have to keep an eye on it. Because you just gave your bank account details to a scammer... The supliment is bogus as well. Or well, ineffective. There is some truth to galic extract but its also combined with cloves, at speciffic dosages. Garlic extract by itself does very little. And it can absolutly kill you if you're dumb enough to stop your medication thinking this supliment gonna save you. That is... If you ever get it (you wont).

This scam company. I never received my product, and they don't respond to emails. Now I have to dispute the charge on my credit card. Facebook knowingly allows these companies to do business on its site, which is even more concerning.

I ordered and there is no contact for customer service. I have been scammed by Elare Garlic Supplements. I have been scammed by these Chinese companies way to many times, especially on Facebook! From now on I will research something before I buy.

No response to cancellation requests, excess charges and probably a scam. They will not answer and they don’t have phone or chat options.

I fell for it, but I would definitely recommend avoiding this company.

I'm quite certain they are a Chinese scam operation pretending to be Amish farmers. I ordered the 3pack and after that repeatedly was requested to finish an order as if I hadn't already . I've repeatedly tried to cancel further shipments but get no response. They have sent me 2 more that I didn't order. I 0tried to contact them using utility on their page but it is always a dead end . I can't see a contact phone number anywhere.
I didn't realize coyolic was aged garlic otherwise I wouldn't have bothered with Elare. Kyolic has been around forever and has perfect reviews.

Placed 2 orders one in on Oct.14 and then another because I wasn't sure if I did order on Dec 1 2025. Have still not received anything or heard any thing from them in regards to a shipping date Apparently another Chinese scam!

This is a scam company. Product is made in china - not USA as advertised. Even if you "opt out of subscription" (at time of order) you will be billed repeatedly. There is no customer service telephone number. The web/account does not allow you to "unsubscribe". I will be calling my credit card - to cancel my card, just to stop the fraudulent billing.

Once again the subscription trap has sprung. Is it possible to buy any product online without getting suckered into an unwanted subscription scam ? If a product is good there would be no need for this surprise tactic, one would gladly reorder a good and useful product. Today I start the near impossible task of canceling a 3 month supply delivered once a month. My lesson is learned - If you see a product advertised continually on the internet the budget of that company is focused on SALES not quality of their product or concern of the customer. Elare your lowlife company is exposed.

I ordered this product because I have high blood pressure and taking blood pressure medicine for it. At the two week Mark I have not seen any improvement whatsoever and ask for a refund. I had taken the three packages of aged garlic that they sent me because it had very little in each package and put them all in one package assuming it would work like they said it would. After contacting them, they said to continue to take it and see what happens which I did and I have finished all of the product I had and actually started taking two at a time to see if it would help. It did not and my blood pressure never went down. I have requested a refund which they refuse to send me and they stated it was a 30 day money back guarantee which I contacted them in 2 weeks and asked for a refund which they never sent me. This company is fraudulent and should not be used. Total SCAM!

This is a fraudulent operationl. Single orders are converted into subscriptions, and then cancelling your subscription becomes impossible on their website. The option to do this continually show and error " something went wrong " . Do not buy anything from this company. Bad actors.

First I ordered this product believing it was a US company.
Next I find out they aren't. China product.
False advertising.
Next I find out i have a monthly subscription which I didn't sign up for.
Next I can't cancel the subscription.
Customer service is non existent.
Tell you they will send you a link that never arrives.
Stay away from this group of crooks.
I could say more but it might be counterproductive.

I never checked auto delivery, yet I am getting another shipment. I have written them several times and haven't received a response. They are crooks!!
