I wouldnt give itcany stars if i could. I did not order repeats havent even used the first one of 3 i bought and now they have taken nearly £50 for another 3!!! And they repeat on you all day tge smell is do strong its sickening. Very disappointed now i have to try get my money back!!!

The product I received was not aged or odorless. And yes, I've had experience with real aged/odorless garlic like K.....c. Customer service did not offer a refund or return and insisted I was wrong! The smell was foul concentrated. Each time I took it, it upset my stomach and made me burp up extreme toxic odor. Order #139572

This company is one of the worst organizations. I have ever I've dealt with. Their product is advertised prominently as odorless. I ordered a 3 month supply and took the first one. And within 15 minutes, my wife could not stay in the same room as me. because it was as if a garlic bomb went off in the room. My clothes had to be washed twice to get the garlic stink out of them.

When I addressed this with the company, they told me the 82 ten different things.I needed to try to eat so that i could possibly offset the effect of the garlic stink. Not sure why that would be necessary for something that is advertised as odorless.

I asked that they would honor their money back guarantee and they responded by offering me a twenty percent credit.

My takeaway is that that they lie in their advertising and advertise a guarantee that they up no intention of honoring.

Stay away from this company.

Definitely has lowered but everyone tells me I stink of garlic

Ordered first package $59 for two and one free. Received two additional packages, (9) total. It is very strong garlic extract. Garlic is suppose to be good for your blood pressure. I'm not taking any more of this as my wife said it makes her burp garlic and worse. I've attempted to contact Elare but as of yet no response. I've got eight unopened packages I haven't been able to return. I am reporting this to my credit card company.

This company, Elare, advertised one month supply of "oderlous" aged garlic or buy 2 months supply & get 1 month free, which I ordered. I received 90 days supply then only 3 weeks later they withdrew a 2nd payment from my bank account of £46.24, without my prior consent or knowledge; it was a new order with a different order no.

Immediately, I emailed the company cancelling this 2nd order, which I had not placed and requesting a full refund. I got an automated reply by return, saying someone would be in touch "typically within a few hours." I sent my email before 2 p.m. and yet I received no further reply.

The following day I received a 2nd email from Elare to say my new order was being shipped. Again, I immediately emailed the company and only got an automated reply.

I have had to contact my bank to ask them for help in stopping this 2nd payment, which I did not authorise. It looks like Elare are claiming on the order that I had previously signed up for a subscription service, which I never did. I checked their website again and the same offer is still advertised and it says nothing about taking out a subscription. Also, the so-called "oderless" garlic extract is anything but odourless and certainly leaves a foul taste for hours after taking it - I still have almost all of my 90 day supply which I will never use.

Note: There is no phone no. to contact and this company do not reply to emails, in my experience, other than an automated reply.

I am extremely grateful to the very kind lady on my bank's emergency line, who was extemely helpful and understanding, and who has raised my complaint. From now on I will always use Trustpilot before making any online purchases.

I hope this message is of some help to others. Please avoid this company.

Finally, I received replies to my emails from 3 different people. Despite the fact that I had quoted the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and asked for my "complaint" to be escalated to a manager, each reply simply offered me a 20% refund in line with the company's policy. They ignored my request to return two unopened packets of soft gels saying, "This way, you can continue using it while still receiving partial compensation." This person has no title and there is no way of knowing if the email is from a manager.
At this stage, I have to say I am convinced this company operates illegally and has no intention of complying with consumer legislation.

Edit 2:
Finally, after several emails, I have received a full refund for the mistaken subscription fee taken from my bank account without my prior consent. I marked my emails clearly as "Complaint" and insisted on my complaint being escalated to a manager. I refused all offers to keep the delivery in exchange for a 20% discount. I wrote:

"Your online order form presents a subscription as one of four options and I did not select that option. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and also the Digital Markets, Competitions and Consumers Act 2024, since I took no positive action to agree to a subscription, a pre ticked box does not constitute valid consent."

"Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 your online order form, since it presents an option which I did not select, is deemed unfair since it contains contract terms which are not transparent or clear."

I offered to return the packet, unopened. Also, I contacted my bank to let them know I had not authorised a subscription payment to this company. To be safe the bank cancelled my card and issued me a new one.

Once again, I would avoid this company due to the time and effort it has taken me to get a full refund. It should never have been that difficult.

The product is advertised and labeled as "Odorless". It may be odorless while still encapsulated, but, once it is ingested, the taste AND ODOR are horrible. The 30 day money back guarantee is for unopened product, so if you only ordered one bottle and opened it to take one capsule...no guarantees.

Product is bad! Gave me gastric upset! Strong after taste and you can smell
it strongly on your breath. It’s a pain to get a refund! The 30-Day Money back Satisfaction Guarantee is a misleading promotional guarantee and they don’t have any intention of honoring it! Took so many back and forth communication with the support team and they are only offering a 20% refund! The support email stated in the website doesn’t even work and I had to find a different way to contact their support service.

I've used this product in the past and it's been flawless. Recently I purchased 5 bags of Odorless Aged Garlic Extract 7500mg. The capsules were by NO means odorless. After 3 days of terrible burping, for more than 12 hours after taking the capsule, and sweat smelling like garlic, I stopped taking them. I reached to the customer service help line and was told basically "too bad" "no refund, no return of product because the purchase was not my first time with Elare". Really!! They stand behind their products only for first time users. What does that say about company policy?? Don't trust this company. Spend your money elsewhere. A Company that can't stand behind their product has only one interest in the market place. Be kind to yourself...buy your odorless garlic somehwere you can trust, that treats you better the trash they throw away.

The product is NOT odorless! I smell it when I take it. Also it's only been a few weeks and I received another order which I DID NOT order. I am finding it difficult to cancel this order so I will have to go through my bank to stop payment on it. They are dishonest in their advertisement and in sales. I don't like companies that put in fraudulent orders that I DID NOT request. They must be hurting badly as a business to do this.

This company improve? Hmmmm well I doubt they can as they are a scamming bunch of mongrels set up to fleece unsuspecting people out of their money. Very clever crooks. I bought 1 of their aged garlic wonder cures, Expensive but O thought well if it works excellent, if not so be it etc. Product wasn't sent yet they claim it was delivered. Our local mail service provider always lets me know when o have a parcel etc, elare claim it was delivered. I know who I believe, imy mail service provider, who has been our provider for over 50 years and their honesty and integrity are faultless. So elare are implying either they or a member of the public here have stolen my package!!🤬 I call bullshit. They say it was sent, that I need to return unopened package for a refund less $5.00 for handling etc. It was never sent I believe and to cover their tracks they blame our provider or anyone else for their dishonest practices.

If I could put a zero, I would. There is no manufacturing information on the package which made me leary to take. I've attempted for weeks to get a refund, one response email was rec'd offering a 10% refund, and I declined asking for a full refund. Since then, there has been no response back after four weeks and multiple requests.

This company is horrible!!! There is no phone number to call for customer service, only and email address. My product came so late, that I was about to report a scam. Then they automatically sent another batch claiming I had checked the auto fill box, when I had NOT! The second batch was absolutely NOT odorless, was burping garlic for days, gave my husband such awful garlic breath his co-workers asked him to stop. Worst thing was, they refused to give me the 30 day refund as advertised. We had multiple email conversations back and forth, And they refused to believe that I had not checked that box. I got nothing. Scam! False advertizing!
Update…they finally offered me a 20% refund as a “curtesy”. I told them that was no curtesy, as they still owed me for the rest of the refund for the original batch as advertised, money back guarantee if not fully satisfied, and for the unauthorized batch they sent me.

Terrible product. My wife and friends all complained the smell of garlic for three days!
I sent email to complain and advise them it was braking trading standards act by advertising it was oderless.
Had a reply email advising me that I had a subscription order on the way of which I did not sign up to.
Total scam company avoid at all cost.

Company refused to provide a list of ALL the ingredients in their product, as their website only lists "key" ingredients. Emailed twice. Twice they avoided answering. This is a question I put to any company from whom I am purchasing supplements. This is the first time I have had a company refuse to answer my question.🤔

Terrible taste and smell. Everyone around me could smell garlic. So embarrassing as I was in a public place.

Odourless, my ass. 1 capsule and my wife makes me sleep in the spare room. Feel like I just ate an entire garlic chicken.

Absolute scam. You will wait ages for delivery and you will only take one capsule. Within 10 minutes you and your whole house will stink like rancid garlic. It’s like a solvent and I’m not sure it’s even safe.
You will also be automatically signed up to repeat payments. Make you sure you immediately cancel your subscription and block this company with your bank. Avoid like the plague. You have been warned.

So I took the one garlic and within about 5 to 10 minutes it was very quick All the sudden I started getting this acid reflux of huge horrible taste of garlic in my throat My stomach is nauseous now I wish I could just throw it up and be done with it now for over an hour even with anti-acids and so on I just can't get this horrible horrible disgusting taste out of my mouth Don't buy this it it's just terrible The heartburn has now been for over 2 hours The upset stomach and wish I would have known that they had such a lover of you

Bought this product and its terrible, the issue a 30 day return policy and no matter how many times we email them they either refuse to answer or refuse refund - we also was in a subscription enroll which we were not aware of , i want to take this further as i could not take them took for 2 weeks and i had to stop taking as my employers told me too as i offended my colleagues in the office , we want a refund to 2 lots that were ordered as cant take and the other they sent on the subscription enroll
