Ich habe bei ELBSOCKS bestellt, aber weder eine Versandbestätigung noch die Ware erhalten. Nach mehreren Kontaktversuchen habe ich die Bestellung storniert und um Rückerstattung gebeten – ebenfalls ohne Reaktion.
Bis heute wurde weder geantwortet noch das Geld (49,99 €) zurückgezahlt. Der Kundenservice ist nicht erreichbar, auf E-Mails wird schlicht nicht reagiert.
Leider werde ich nach einer letzten Fristsetzung rechtliche Schritte einleiten. Sehr enttäuschend – ich kann nur dringend von einer Bestellung abraten, solange das Unternehmen nicht auf Kundenanfragen reagiert oder seiner Rückerstattungspflicht nachkommt.
Nachtrag: Auf der Elbsocks Website wird mit über 300 Trustpilot Bewertungen geworben. Das Unternehmen war für meine Bewertung bei Trustpilot ursprünglich nicht vorhanden und musste neu angelegt werden.
