Poor experience at the CSC
Peter from El Capitan was responsive to my emails, however I cannot rate much else in the service highly.
I paid for the Fast Track service in Bilbao, Spain for the San Andrian CSC. I had only 2 days in Bilbao so was in a bit of a rush to sort this transaction out.
First day I landed in Bilbao I attempted to visit the CSC, but it was closed without any prior notice. I was told to visit the next day via their Whatsapp number.
Next day I visited during midday when they opened. The man behind the counter of the CSC didn't speak much English other than to let me know that every flower and pre-roll was €20 per gram.
I was shocked considering the research I had done online on average pricing, and from what I was told by a customer I met the day before waiting outside of the venue.
Unfortunately I only had enough cash to purchase 2 grams, so total cost including Fast Track was €62, which is ridiculous.
I cannot recommend this service based on reliability of schedule or value for money.

Excellent experience with El Capitan. The place that I visited in Bilbao, The San Adrian Club, is really great. The host is really nice and friendly, the place is really comfortable and cozy. All in all an outstanding service, highly recommended.
