Slow delivery
Ordered my bicycle half month ago, now still not delivered
Extremely slow.
I emailed, called several times, they said a pretty late time, even this time, nothing happened
Update:
Finally got the bike from the store, also got thorough instruction. Staff explained the reason for the delay.

I called them and asked about lots of stuff about the bike that i am interested in. They were so polite and send the product quickly as well!
